‘PUBG Mobile India’ to have user data migration from global version

0

Over the past few weeks, rumors of PUBG Mobile returning to India have been spiraling all over the internet. Needless to say, the speculations have gotten the Indian PUBG Mobile fanbase elated.

According to leaks from several sources, PUBG Mobile may return to the South Asian country in the first half of 2021, while an official announcement is expected to arrive much earlier towards the end of 2020.

The version of PUBGM that’ll be released in India will be different from the prior version. The new release will see some major changes, including a feature to limit playtime.

It looks like some more good news await the Indian PUBGM fans as ‘liquipediamemphiz’ has claimed through his Instagram that players may be able to migrate their data from the global version to the Indian version once it re-releases in the country.

“Users will likely be able to have their Skins and In-App purchases from Global Version on their Indian Version,” Memphis said.

Migrating data from the global version means that your progress will restore itself and you won’t have to grind your way back. Skins and other in-app purchases will also be linked to your account once you import the data from your global account.

In the attached video, we can see that clicking on the stats of the PUBGM User ID 5239796758 returns the message, “The player you are viewing has migrated to PUBG Mobile India.“

CSGO Devs clock in record hours as 10th operation rumours loom large

As the rumors of an upcoming CSGO operation continue to linger in the air, it looks like the CSGO developers are working overtime to prepare its arrival.

On 13th November, the development branch of the competitive shooter by Valve saw 4 CSGO devs in-game, which, needless to say, indicates something big coming to the title in the near future.

The experimental version of CSGO is available exclusively to the developers and it’s used to test out new additions before they’re implemented in the actual title.

This goes in accordance with insiders claiming earlier that the 10th CSGO operation was “confirmed”.

https://twitter.com/Nors3/status/1324803160016363521?s=20

Previously, we have already informed readers of the upcoming additions in the next CSGO Operation, which you can take a look at here.

YouTuber VNN Tyler explained the list of new additions that we might be getting in the upcoming Operation. Here are the changes you can expect in the upcoming update:

  • 1v1 Versus Mode
  • New Danger Zone Utility – ‘Tripwire’
  • Remakes to the existing maps Office and Mirage
  • Survival-based ‘Dungeons’
  • New Danger Zone map ‘Frostbite’

The upcoming DZ map ‘Frostbite’ has already been leaked by the YouTuber, which you can check in his video released a few days ago.

However, interestingly enough, Valve has made no official statement confirming the 10th CSGO Operation as of yet despite continuing rumors.

Cloud9 eliminated from Flashpoint 2 by OG

OG beat Cloud9 in straight maps to eliminate the Colossus from Flashpoint while securing a place in the Consolidation Final of Group C.

Cloud9 did put up a fight against OG, pushing them to second overtime on Nuke. The second map was a much easier one for OG, who secured the series with a 16-10 win on Mirage. OG captain Aleksi ‘Aleksib’ Virolainen was the star of the series, boasting a positive kill/death difference of 33 over two maps and a rating of 1.63 for the series.

However, the defeat means Flashpoint is over for the Colossus and that the North American organization has bowed out of their debut event without winning a single map.

Fans of the Colossus will take heart from some individual performances, with Ozgur ‘woxic’ Eker posting positive numbers against OG and Virtus Pro. William ‘mezii’ Merriman‘s performances meant the UK star left a good first impression of just what he can do on the server.

This will be a learning experience for Cloud9’s nascent roster and the Colossus will now look to get some more practice under their belt before Blast Premier Fall Showdown.

“PUBG Mobile India will arrive by 20th November” – Kronten Gaming

PUBG Mobile India release date is the current hot topic in India and famous PUBG Mobile content creator Kronten Gaming has shed some light on this matter. Kronten has claimed that PUBG Mobile can come back in India by 20th November if the entire trailer gets released anytime soon.

PUBG Mobile is set to return in India after two months since it was banned and the large player base of India is awaiting its relaunch in the country. PUBG Corporation announced the game’s comeback some days ago and the official PUBG Mobile handles for the Indian region confirmed the news.

This announcement kindled the flames of hope in the hearts of PUBG Mobile fans in India and the players are eagerly awaiting its return. Initially, the game was hinted to be released by 14th November but somehow it was delayed. Reports also suggested that PUBG Mobile return in India may not be as smooth as it seems but the proceedings of the game’s return are going very well.

The official PUBG Mobile website is back and the game also released some teasers to hype up the game’s return. One of the faces that have been included in the teaser is Kronten. He is a famous PUBG Mobile streamer and content creator and recently he made some statements regarding the release date of PUBG Mobile in India.

PUBG Mobile India release date

On one of his regular streams, Kronten discussed the possibility of PUBG Mobile coming back to India by 20th November. He stated that the PUBG Mobile trailer may be released by tomorrow and considering the time duration required to maintain the hype, the game can be released between the time frame of 18th to 20th November.

The teaser was rolled out today, and by tomorrow, the trailer will come out as well. In that trailer, it will be clearly mentioned as to when PUBG Mobile India will finally release. The game might release on the Google Play Store and App Store by 20th November. If the trailer releases tomorrow, it would be up for a few days to create hype. Hence, it is likely that the game will be out before 20th November.

This statement was made yesterday and considering the fact that the trailer is not out as of yet, the dates might get shifted by a couple of days.

PUBG Mobile teasers are out and if this timeline is followed then PUBG Mobile will come back within three to four days after its return trailer is released. For now, this statement says that PUBG Mobile will come back to India by 20th November, according to Kronten.

Guide to Valorant Spray Patterns and Recoil Control

0

With the increasing popularity of Riot’s competitive shooter Valorant in the world of esports, more and more players are looking to take their gameplay to the next level by learning the recoil control and spray patterns of different weapons.

There are a total of eight weapons in Valorant that are fully automatic, which means you have to learn their recoil patterns properly to utilize them effectively. While learning the spray pattern of Vandal or Phantom is the most important, or perhaps non-optional, you should also consider learning the patterns of SMGs and pistols to improve your chances for a pistol-round clutch or a force-buy win.

Here are the spray patterns of all the fully automatic weapons in Valorant:

FRENZY

The Frenzy is similar to the CZ-75 pistol in CSGO. It has a small magazine of 13 bullets but can take down enemies swiftly. Its spray pattern is easy to learn and it goes up and then right.

STINGER

The Stinger’s spray goes straight up and right for the first few bullets but then moves sharply to the left. It’s an excellent weapon for short distances and can net you easy and fast kills if you learn its spray pattern properly.

SPECTRE

The spray pattern of Spectre is relatively easier to control. You need to drag your mouse straight down to compensate for the recoil and then do some minor left-right adjustments towards the end of your magazine.

BULLDOG

The Bulldog can be a great rifle to buy if you’re short on cash. Great in long and mid-ranges, the Bulldog has a recoil pattern that goes up towards the right at the start, then moves left for the next few bullets, and then sharply goes to the right.

PHANTOM

The Phantom is one of the most popular rifle choices in the game other than Vandal. To control the spray of Phantom, you need to move your mouse straight down for the first six or seven shots, then move a bit towards the left before swinging it back right again. You need to move your mouse sharply to the left for your final shots.

VANDAL

Vandal’s pattern is harder to control than the Phantom. For the first ten bullets, you need to move your mouse downwards at a rapid pace. After making a slight left, you have to move your mouse sharply to the right.

ARES

The vertical recoil on Ares and Odin is more than other weapons, but the horizontal recoil is manageable. You have to alternate left and right mouse movements while maintaining a constant downward movement with your mouse.

ODIN

To control the Odin, move your mouse downwards at first. Once you’ve fired about 20 bullets, alternate between right and left movements with your mouse.

Among Us Custom Skins: Scammers are Using Fake Websites To Trick Players

0

If you’ve been playing Among Us for a while, then you should be familiar with the heaps of hats, costumes, or pets that are available in the game for free, or for a small price. While all of the in-game cosmetics add a nice touch to your character, it appears like some websites are abusing the players’ demands for Among Us skins to scam them.

Some fake Among Us giveaway websites claims to provide players with custom skins for the murder mystery and that too, free of charge. It’s easy to see how newer players could find themselves falling for such websites and get their time and money ripped off from them.

One example of a website like this is ‘amongus.dev’. The website advertises custom player skins like ‘God’, ‘Dinosaur, ‘Spiderman’, or ‘Rainbow’, none of white exist in the actual game.

Upon clicking one of those skins, users are required to complete a survey, which is in itself a complete scam. Even if someone manages to complete the survey, they won’t be rewarded with any free item whatsoever.

At times, websites will ask for money before shipping free skins to the players, which, needless to say, is a scam as well.

Among Us is not the only victim of these scam websites either. These scammers generally hunt the games that see a significant rise in popularity over a short period of time, which is why we have seen a bunch of ‘Fall Guys’ scams in the past.

Valorant: Guild Esports Boost That Led To Disqualification In Debut First Strike EU

0

It has been quite a while since the German agent Killjoy entered the world of Valorant. However, it seems like some of the bugs revolving around her are still not fixed. One great example of such a bug involving Killjoy is the infamous turret-wall bug that lets Sage players build a floating wall over Killjoy’s turret.

This floating wall is enough to give you some major unfair advantages across several maps in Valorant. For instance, placing one on B site of Ascent will enable the defenders to peek through the tiny window, catching any attackers off-guard.

What is the wall boost?

The turret-wall boost is done by having a Killjoy and Sage on the same team. The Killjoy places a turret and the Sage stands near it. Once both players are prepared, the Killjoy player jumps while standing close to the deployed turret and Sage simultaneously builds her wall on the turret. If done correctly, the wall will boost Killjoy up the wall.

The turret can then be called back by Killjoy, but the wall will continue to float in the air for its entire duration.

Players have continued to discover their own innovative ways to do this wall-boost with Killjoy and Sage over the past few days.

Why is this controversial

Initially, this might seem like a good way to glide through the competitive spectrum of ranks, but this is still abuse. Any form of unfair advantage shouldn’t be a part of competitive shooters like Valorant.

Professional Valorant team Guild Esports has been disqualified by Riot for abusing this exploit in Ascent during a tournament game against G2 Esports. Consequently, G2 received a forfeit win and proceeded to beat Ninjas in Pyjamas 2-0 to secure a place in the Regional Finals of the First Strike European Qualifiers.

This exploit will likely be fixed soon by Riot but we’ll recommend not using this in your ranked games to not risk any unwanted bans. Besides, relying on some mechanical abuse to rank up your account can ultimately lead you nowhere.

PUBG Mobile India official website is back

PUBG Mobile is getting ready to come back in India and in these full-scale preparations, various bits are launched to make the game fully functional. PUBG Mobile India has relaunched its website, which was prohibited during the banishment period for the Indian audience.

PUBG Mobile story in India has been very tangled for the past few months. From the game getting banned, several business altercations and rumored partnerships made the story very hazy but finally, the game is ready to get back into its prime in India.

PUBG Corporation announced the comeback of PUBG Mobile in India with its own tailored version to better suit the local audience.

After these announcements, grim news were circulating around that PUBG Mobile return in India may face some roadblocks and the expected launch was also nowhere in the sight.

These developments did not falter the preparations as PUBG Mobile released a trailer featuring PUBG Mobile pros and influencers in the country and now, their original PUBG Mobile India website is back up.

All of these developments suggest that the game is right around the corner and can hit the mobile market very soon.

CSGO Hits Concurrent Player Count of 10,00,000 Once Again

For the first time since June, Valve’s competitive shooter Counter-Strike: Global Offensive has hit a concurrent player count of over a million players.

Over the past few weeks, there have been rising speculations over the release of an upcoming CSGO operation, which implies that the numbers can only be expected to rise further once it arrives.

This sudden rise in player count might be due to the re-establishment of lockdowns across various countries in Europe. Also, it goes without saying that the devs have done a terrific job in maintaining a constant flow of updates to the shooter and engaging actively with the community to maintain communication with the player base.

CSGO has been holding its position at the top of the steam charts for quite a while now, followed by Valve’s MOBA title DOTA 2, the battle royale PUBG, and InnerSloth’s latest hit ‘Among Us’.

According to some recent leaks, the new operation is expected to hit the servers in a few weeks from now and is set to feature multiple new game modes and a new snow-themed danger zone map.

Back in March 2014, CSGO had crossed the concurrent player count of a million for the first time.

Guild Esports disqualified from Valorant First Strike EU for using exploit

0

UPDATE: Guild Esports have officially released a statement claiming that they had “deployed an innovative use of abilities that was permitted.” They requested Riot to mark this incident as an “unintentional exploit”, and asked them to remove it from the game.

Original Story:

The European Qualifiers for Valorant First Strike served up quite a delicious dish for the neutrals.

David Beckham – owned Guild Esports beat G2 2-0 in the Round of 16 of the first qualifier, thus marking the exit of the favourites.

However, it was later adjudged that Guild Esports had used an exploit on Ascent, which they won 13-11, and were subsequently disqualified. This meant G2 got a forfeit win and proceeded to then 2-0 Ninjas in Pyjamas to secure a place in the Regional Finals of the said event.

The exploit in question was a combined use of Killjoy’s Turret and Sage’s wall, which was to be built on top of the former to increase the height by a fair distance. The player on top of the wall could easily watch the B main Entry hallway from the 1st lane to the site.

Liquid’s Valorant player Adam ‘ec1s’ Eccles proceeded to joke that ‘G2 (are) so good (that) even when they lose they win’.

Exploit apart, Guild Esports played well and it will be interesting to see if they can replicate their showing against G2 in the near future.
