NASCAR driver Kane Larson used the N-word during an iRacing event that was being broadcasted live on Twitch that led to an immediate suspension of his without pay.

NASCAR star Kyle Larson suspended for using N-word during virtual race

According to ESPN, Chip Gannasi Racing, the team of Larson released a statement mentioning that” Larson’s words are offensive and unacceptable”. Larson used the N-word during Monza Madness iRacing event that was being broadcasted on multiple platforms and even on the eNASCAR website.

Larson asked, “You can’t hear me?” before using the racial slur. Anthony Alfredo, a fellow NASCAR driver told Larson, “you’re talking to everyone bud.”

Larson apologized to his family, friends, partners, to the NASCAR community and also to the African American community by saying that, “the word should never ever be said.”

People Are Trying to Defame VALORANT Vanguard Over at Cheaters’ Forums

3

Valorant’s developers team working on their anti-cheat seemed pretty confident on the work they’ve put in on Vanguard, and it was working well in battling out cheaters with it banning the first cheater in under three days of its closed beta release.

But cheaters are now trying out something new to combat the advanced anti-cheat from Riot.

In this screenshot taken from a cheaters’ forum, one guy can be seen mentioning some “talking points” to keep the “psyop” going and asking others to add more points to the list. While some of these, if not most of these are true, the objective of the post seems to be revolving around creating an atmosphere of panic about Valorant.

Credits: r/Valorant

People falling victim to these would either uninstall the game themselves or go over to social media like Reddit and complain about something like how Riot is invading their privacy by letting a Chinese rootkit run on their computers 24×7.

Valorant’s Vanguard

The post also mentions about the uninstaller of the game not working, which is seen to be true as multiple cases about this have surfaced on Reddit recently. Being unable to uninstall the rootkit means the game is practically forcing its players to keep it running in their machines, unless it’s disabled manually.

The Riot’s Vanguard in Action.

These shortcomings of Vanguard are very likely to just be major bugs which aren’t uncommon in the closed beta stage of any game. This is based on the fact that Paul “RiotArkem” Chamberlain – the lead of the Valorant anti-cheat team – was himself seen actively engaging with people across Reddit having such problems and providing them with solutions.

But these sorts of bugs have cheaters a new weapon to fight with as they have already started running anti-Valorant propaganda on their forums.

Instilling psychological fear among a player-base is much easier than breaking through an anti-cheat engine. The motives of the cheat devs here are likely to spread fear to the point where the complaints of the players force Riot to loosen their anti-cheat engine, providing them with the opportunity to break the engine much easily.

At the end of the day cheat devs have to pay their bills too, so innovative ideas like this coming from them shouldn’t be too rare in the future.

They’ll obviously capitalize on every small mistake Riot makes, and major mistakes like the current performance issues that are happening as a result of Vanguard won’t go unpunished by them.

They’ll eventually be preaching to the choir as more and more people will start raising their voices against Riot. As time passes we’ll be able to see how successful they are on their mission and how strong of a stance does Riot hold against them.

Here’s the first look at Valorant’s new map Ascent shown in Riot developer update Video

0

Valorant right now consists of 3 maps: Bind, Haven and Split. But Riot Games has confirmed a 4th map known as Ascent for their tactical FPS game in a recent developer update. The very first glimpse of this map came on the th of April in an official video by Riot Games.

You can go the timestamp 2:45 precisely to see the new map straight away.

Only a few shots of the new map are visible in the video. The mini-map on the top left of the dev’s video makes it pretty clear that the location of the map being shown is the back side of the defender’s spawn on Ascent map. We are so sure that it is the backside of the defender’s spawn as the spawn rooms are always closer to these points to facilitate easy set up of the defenses during the buying phase.

Ascent seems to be like Split and Bind at the very first glance as it has only two points of attack unlike Haven which has three points of attack. There has to be some kind of feature that sets Ascent apart from the other three maps but it’s really hard to tell as of now from these short clips being shown in the developer video. The map is only shown for a very few seconds however, on the right side of the clip you can see some construction scaffolding.

The map will be based on an Italian theme and set in the city of Venice, like Overwatch’s Rialto map. Riot is still very optimistic of releasing the global version of Valorant during the summer of 2020 but it seems like we can maybe see the map Ascent added to the game in the coming weeks.

Global Market 2019: Smartphones Gaming surged past $68 billion, PC stood at $35 billion

As the year 2019 came to close, the Gaming Industry as a whole commanded a very comfortable year-on-year revenue growth of close to 10%. Outliner of this exponential growth of the Gaming Industry was non-other than the Mobile Segment. Mobile Gaming saw revenue growth of more than 10% over the previous year 2018.

According to research by Gamingscan.com, Mobile gaming generated $68.5 Billion in revenue alone which is 45% of revenue when compared to the overall $152 Billion that the Gaming industry generated. Whereas consoles stand at 32% i.e. $47.9 Billion and lastly PC Gaming generated $35.7 Billion meaning 23% when compared to total revenue.

Make no mistake, Mobile Gaming offers a challenging graphic and design compared to PC and console. Wallpaper of a famous game, FireWatch.

In 2017, most game developers and publishers acknowledged the potential of the Mobile gaming segment and since then many have made efforts to bring their biggest gaming franchises to the Mobile Gaming crowd.

Currently, the biggest Mobile Gaming OS in terms of earnings is iOS with more than 55% of revenue coming from them and Android having less than 45% share. Accordingly, the biggest source of revenue in the mobile segment is micro-transactions closely followed by advertisements.

Although Mobile Gaming is the biggest earner for the year in terms of revenue but if we compare the year-on-year growth, Console Gaming had one of the best showings with more than 13.4% growth over 2018. Whereas the PC Segment had a very mediocre performance with less than 4% growth over 2018.

Image from TechNotification.com

PC Gaming had a rough year with the war between storefronts which gave way to Exclusivity and time-gating of certain games. These factors gave rise to people postponing their purchases, boycotting or going towards Piracy, all of which rather than improving the user Experience had a reverse effect and tanked the confidence of PC Gamers. Also, the failure and doomed launch of several AAA games from the big publishers further tanked the confidence of large segment of the gamers.

But, things aren’t going to remain gloomy for PC Segment as the research showed that by the end of 2019, things started to pick up later in the year and revenue increased. If at all, we go by the numbers, the upcoming generation of CPUs for both Desktop and Laptop, the segment to expected to pick up pace in 2020.

Valorant’s Anti Cheat Found to Reduce FPS in CSGO and Other Games

5

Riot Games’ Valorant had managed to amass huge popularity among gamers within the first few days of its closed beta release. The criticisms it received from some streamers like Tfue were overshadowed by the plethora of positive reviews flowing about the game. However, fans of the game are furious about this incident which was brought to light by a Reddit user in the Valorant subreddit.

The post made by u/redbedbeard recorded an insight on how the Valorant anti-cheat running in the background was quite visibly affecting the performance of other games in his computer. From the post, it was evident that Riot’s “trusted” anti-cheat would cause trouble while playing other competitive fast-paced games like CSGO and Dota 2 even though Riot devs have clearly claimed in the past that their anti-cheat won’t be interfering in other programs.

Since Valorant is in closed beta, this kind of problem would still be understandable. But what the mods of the subreddit did next raised more concerns – They removed the post entirely, claiming that the post belonged in the bug mega-thread. The Valorant subreddit was created by Riot themselves and they were previously seen boasting about how they had handed the subreddit over to “trusted” people. This kind of behavior will certainly raise questions about the subreddit and the game itself.

The rant resurfaced on r/pcgaming where u/Bhu124 provided details on the incident that went down on the Valorant subreddit. The post received 2 Reddit golds and other gamers were clearly angry at the Valorant devs for their secrecy of this. The post raised its voice against the Valorant subreddit mods saying that the problem was “Clearly not just a regular old bug” and that “a Riot Dev claimed that they made sure it won’t interfere in any other programs, yet the thread was deleted anyway”.

When the comments in the former post were filled with complaints of people who were receiving significant FPS drops in other games, a Redditor mentioned the fix to the problem. According to u/DolphinWhacker, going to “C:\Program Files\Riot Vanguard”, changing “vgk.sys” to “vgk1.sys”, and then restarting the PC does the trick. However, every time you need to play Valorant, you’d need to rename the file back and restart your PC again. Paul “RiotArkem” Chamberlain – the lead of the anti-cheat team of Valorant – added to this by saying that it can also be fixed by removing Vanguard entirely by going to Add/Remove programs and uninstalling “Riot Vanguard”.

Voice of Soldier in Team Fortress 2, Rick May dies of COVID-19

0

Rekindle School, an independent acting, film, and art school based in Seattle has reported that one of their teaching faculty has died after contracting COVID-19. The news comes as a shock to the gaming community because the person in question is none other than the legendary voice actor Rick May.

The detailed report of May’s death confirms that he suffered a stroke back in February. He was moved to a nursing home for the rehabilitation process, but he ended up contracting the novel coronavirus during this period. For his treatment, he was finally shifted to Seattle’s Swedish hospital but he succumbed to COVID-19 at the age of 79.

Rick May had voiced and brought the Soldier to life in Team Fortress 2. He had also contributed to many other games aside from Team Fortress 2. His list of work includes names like Sly 3: Honor Among Thieves, Claw, Star Fox 4, Ollo in the Summer Valley Fair and many more. Rick had directed and appeared in over 330 shows during his career. On top of that, the talented Rick also served as an artistic director in Renton Civic Theater and Civic Light Opera back in his prime.

Rick’s fans took to Twitter to pay their last respects and final tributes to him and his memory. Even though his physical form will fail to manifest now, Rick will forever be immortalized in TF 2 as the voice actor of Soldier, and his contributions shall never be forgotten.

Marvels Super War Advanced Hero Guide – Groot

0

The extraterrestrial tree-like specimen which was seen speaking only 3 words, “I am Groot” in the movie Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 1. (Voiced by none other than Vin Diesel) can now be played as a support/tank based hero (mostly as a support) in Marvels Super War!

BLaSToiS3 here again to present you all with another advanced hero guide, this time for all the tree-lovers out there. We will be covering the following key points:

  • Abilities
  • Power Cores
  • Tactic
  • Item Build (Support / Top)
  • Synergy with other heroes (Good Against / Bad Against)
  • Support Gameplay (Early / Late Game)
  • Possible Combos with Groot’s Skills
  • Pro’s & Con’s,

You know the drill so let’s get started!

 Abilities

Passive: Sapling

  • Groot can survive a K.O in the form of Baby Groot which can move around (visible to both allies & enemies) without dealing damage & will grow back to his normal size when the death timer ends.
  • Groot gains 25% movement speed for 1.5 seconds whenever he enters a brush & also regenerates 0.2 / 0.5 / 0.9 / 1.4 / 2 % HP per second out of combat. The amount of HP regenerated increases at LvL 4 / 8 / 12 & 18.

Skill 1: Bark Stab | Control | (Base DMG-100/155/210/265/320/375/430) | (CoolDown-15/14.5/14/13.5/13/12.5/12)

Groot extends his arms in the intended direction to drag back the first enemy he hits to deal 100(+80% Energy Attack) energy damage & knock them up for 0.6 seconds. The ability’s cooldown is reduced by 1 second for every basic attack that he hits the enemies.

Skill 2: Branch Slap | Damage | (Base DMG- 80/130/180/230/280/330/380)

Groot waves his arms for a frontal slap, dealing 80(+40% Energy Attack) (+5% Target’s Max HP) energy damage to enemies caught within the range of this skill & knocking them up for 0.6 second. Groot is granted a shield that absorbs up to 50(+4% Max HP) (+10*Level) damage for 2 seconds.

Skill 3: Growing Pains | Control | (Casting Time: 1 Second)

Groot’s ultimate sends out climbing vines toward all enemy heroes within 1200 yards, which after 1 second immobilize the target for 1.6 seconds & deals 200(+45% Energy Attack) energy damage. Groot triggers his passive “Windwalker” while using this ability.

Ability Maxing Order – Bark Stab followed by Branch Slap (while playing Groot as Support in the Bottom Lane) & Branch Slap first and then Bark Stab (while playing Groot as a Tank in the Top Lane)

Always get a point in your ultimate “Growing Pains” whenever you can (It’s at LVL 4, 8, 12 & 18).

Power Cores

Keeping in mind the crowd control (CC) of Groot & the tank-iness he can provide to his team, these are the best possible power cores that should be used on him:

  • Isotope – Unstable Radiation | 2 different basic attacks/abilities creates high-intensity radiation that deals damage on explosion
  • Action Program Particle – Burst Particle | After controlling enemy heroes, deals explosive damage around you
  • Strength Module Program – Restoration Module | Hero KO’s & assists restore HP
  • Combat Boost Program – Spellcast Boost | Grants Cooldown Reduction (which is a must to be made with Groot)

Tactic

Blink and First Aid are the go-to tactics to use with Groot (if you are playing him as a Support in the Bottom Lane).

Blink and Teleport are to be taken with Groot (if you are playing him as a Tank in the Top Lane), however, you can also replace Teleport with Wound (deals true damage) to win 1 v 1 fights against enemy top laner.

Item Build (Itemization)

Core Items:

First for the Support Role in Bottom Lane

Gemstone Prism

  • Since Groot doesn’t have any ability to shield his allies, it is a must-make support item on Groot, +100 Armor & +120 Energy Resist for the tank-iness
  • Since his ability cooldowns are slightly longer in early stages of the game, the +10% CDR helps him use his S1 & S2 often
  • Provides a 2-second shield to nearby allies that absorbs up to 57 (+33*Level) damage, if we do our maths then it can absorb like 57 + 33*18 = 651 damage for 2 seconds, just too good!
  • Also, as support you are not allowed to take/steal farm from your ally marksmen, with this item attacking the enemy hero grants you gold as well.

Clairvoyant Boots

  • +50 movement speed, the +10% CDR is really important
  • Combining the CDR from the Power Cores, Gemstone Prism & these boots helps lower the cooldown duration of his abilities by a significant amount (try yourself, you’ll see :D)
  • +10% Tactical CDR lowers the cooldown duration of your Blink, First Aid or Teleport

Now for the Top-Tank Role

In the top lane, while playing Groot, you are more likely to fight against a physical damage dealing hero so it’s always good to rush some armor & health.

Glorious Armor

  • +1000 HP & +180 Armor
  • Go to item for Groot top
  • Nearby enemies take 50 (+2* Level) energy damage per second (2x DMG to non-hero units)

Hydra Boots

  • +50 Movement Speed & +90 Armor
  • Reduces physical damage taken by 6%
  • Usually made against Physical Damage dealing heroes

Upgraded Hydra Boots

  • +50 Movement Speed & +75 Energy Resist
  • +30% Reduce Control against enemy crowd control (CC) abilities
  • Usually made when enemy team has a lot of CC

Vibranium Suit

  • +320 Armor
  • Another go to item in the build for Groot-Tank-Top
  • Reduces the attack speed of enemies within 450 yards by 15%
  • When you take a basic attack, it deals (+7% Bonus Armor) +8% energy damage of the damage taken before damage reduction back to the attacker.

Final Items: (You can modify them depending on the type/class of heroes you’re against. If you are against heavy physical damage dealers, you make Armor & if you are against energy damage heroes, you make magic defence i.e. Energy Resists)

Deathly Phantom

  • +1000 HP and +220 Energy Resist
  • Grants a shield that absorbs up to 200(+75%*level) energy damage if you have not taken any damage for 5 seconds. This item helps you sustain burst damage from a mage in the beginning of a team fight.

Goblin Mask | (Active Item- Press Item Avatar for enhanced effect/ability)

  • +165 Armor & +140 Energy Resist
  • +10% CDR (not that necessary anymore since you will already reach the cap of 45% by this time of the game)
  • Passive – Creates a ring of ice that reduces the movement speed of the enemies it hits by 50% for 2 seconds (8-sec Cooldown) once you receive damage equivalent to 40% of your max HP
  • Active – Increases your own armor & energy resist by 100% (let’s get to maths – if you have 200 armor & energy resist, it will get boosted to 400 armor & energy resist that will help you take on a lot of damage from the enemy team and survive.. broken right?) However, it decreases damage dealt by 40% for 4 seconds!

Cloak of Levitation | Ability Blocking Shield | (Supporting Item to help your mage deal damage)

  • +950 HP, +180 Energy Resist & +5% CDR
  • Every 40 seconds, grants immunity to 1 ability (be it damage-dealing ability or a crowd control effect)
  • Reduces the energy resist of nearby heroes by 60. Since this item helps reduces the energy resist, your mage will do more damage to the enemies when alongside you.

Full Build looks like this:

Support Build:

Gemstone Prism > Clairvoyant Boots > Vibranium Suit > Megingjord > Deadly Phantom > Goblin Mask

Tank-Top Build:

Glorious Amor > Hydra Boots > Starlight Armor > Megingjord > Deathly Phantom > Vibranium Suit – You can make Vibranium Suit early & even replace Starlight Armor with any other item, it’s totally up to you.

(However, you can always build other items in the last 3 slots, depending on what you require to excel in the game, always keep experimenting & exploring!)

Synergy with other heroes (In Bottom Lane):

Good Against: Groot has a lot of tank-iness & crowd control abilities thanks to his entire kit. One good grab is all it will take most of the time. This makes Groot good against heroes like The Thing, Hulk, Ebony Maw, and Cloak & Dagger.

Bad Against: Groot struggles against support heroes that have strong sustain/healing in their abilities such as Mantis. Groot is also weaker against other tanky supports which have a lot of crowd control as well such as Cull Obsidian, Namor & Ronan.

Gameplay (Support):

Early Game –

  • Don’t engage unnecessarily, let your marksmen farm up
  • Always keep a look-out for possible ganks from enemy jungler
  • Look for opportunities to hook enemy marksmen close to your turret
  • Rotate towards Mid Lane to help whenever you can, keep an eye for Leviathan (Panther that grants damage buff to the entire team)
  • Rotate towards enemy jungle with your jungler to pick the enemy jungler off guard

Late Game –

  • Remember you’re the engager for the team in team fights
  • Avoid hooking enemy tank hero into your team, because uhmm that can cause an issue XD
  • Your ultimate has a casting time so use it with precision in team fights
  • If an assassin jumps on your marksmen, you can straight-away cast your S2 followed by your ultimate on that enemy hero for the knockup and if that enemy hero tries to escape, you still have your S1

Possible Combos with Groot’s Skills

  • After connecting your S1 (that gives a 0.6 second knockup) with an enemy hero, quickly cast the S2 (which also gives a 0.6 second knockup) leading to a 1.2 seconds knockup! GG easy!
  • When your S1 is about to connect with the enemy hero, you can Blink in the back direction which will take the enemy by surprise (usually known as Godlike-Hook/Grab)
  • If you are able to knockup more than 1 enemy hero in teamfight, quickly cast your Ultimate to guarantee the 1.6 seconds immobilize on multiple enemies

Pros & Con’s of Groot:

Pros:

  • Very tanky
  • Got multiple knock-ups & immobilize ability
  • You can utilize his passive to spawn at a brush & can take the enemies by surprise by using your ultimate while in the brush

Cons:

The 1 second casting duration on his ultimate – as this 1 second gives sufficient time to the enemies to change their position and escape.

This guide will not only help you play Groot as a Support hero but will even help you get a good understanding of how to play Groot in the top lane as a Tank for the team. Even if you pick up a few things from this guide , then you will get better with the hero.

PaiN Gaming Disbands Their Dota 2 Roster, Infamous make changes

The Brazilian multi-gaming organisation paiN Gaming has decided to put an end to their Dota 2 roster. Through a tweet made earlier, paiN Gaming has made it clear that they’re not interested in continuing their legacy for South American Dota anymore.

The tweet, which was originally made in Portuguese, roughly translates to – “Today paiN says goodbye to the line-up that gave life to the organisation, Dota2! MOBA is part of our history and we do not intend to stay out for a long time.”

While no immediate plans for the future of the organisation was made clear, they did hint towards their return in the MOBA genre soon.

The cause of their sudden departure from the Dota 2 scene isn’t transparent. It might be the results of the current pandemic situation which is wreaking worldwide havoc combined with the repeated failures of the team recently. While they did qualify for the Leipzig Major, they failed to produce any significant results and lost to beastcoast in the elimination bracket.

The roster for paiN Gaming included William “hFn” Medeiros, Leonardo “Mandy” Viana, Danylo “Kingrd” Nascimento, Kaue “Dunha1” Camuci and Anderson “444” Santos, who will need to find a team now if they want to stay relevant in the Dota 2 scene.

Another South American team – Infamous also announced drastic changes to their Dota 2 roster. Through a tweet made on Monday, they announced that they’re replacing 4 players in their Dota 2 team.

The tweet translates to – “Today we announce the new roster of @Infamous_GG. Also, we will be doing tests for the new team of #InfamousYoung.” The new roster consisted of Crhistian “Pakazs” Savina, Eliseo “Kxy” Arancibia, Mariano “Papita” Caneda, Miguel “Michael-” Choque and Christian “Accel” Cruz.

We’re sure millions of South American Dota 2 fans will be eagerly waiting for the next tournament to watch what this new Infamous team can bring to the table.

VALORANT Mobile version assets accidentally discovered by a Gamer

0

It has only been a few days since the Valorant closed beta was released, and a cross-platform compatibility in the form of VALORANT Mobile assets have hit the internet. Gaining worldwide popularity and winning the hearts of fans and critics alike, Valorant is at the center of attraction for the FPS community.

The game also stayed on top of the Twitch charts for a while now as fans are flooding streams in hopes of receiving a beta key for the game.

The first-person shooter reached the world record for the maximum concurrent viewer count on Twitch in only a few hours of its release.

VALORANT MOBILE

With the amount of traction this game is getting it’d seem reasonable that Valorant would get a mobile version, following in the footsteps of games like Fortnite and League of Legends, another popular title by Riot Games. But it was beyond anyone’s expectations that fans would be able to find hints towards a mobile version even before the final release of the actual game.

Reddit user u/Spacixr likes to boot up the game in tablet mode on his laptop. One such time when he loaded up the game his screen was to his surprise, filled with a UI which seemed like tablet controls for the game. He also mentions in his Reddit post that the controls were working absolutely fine when he decided to try them out by loading up a practice map.

https://twitter.com/FireMonkey__/status/1246427130696732672?s=20

The post received huge positive feedback from the community as other fans seemed to be overjoyed at the possibility of a mobile version for the competitive shooter. As Reddit user u/xfstop comments in the thread, “This definitely seems like a leak you weren’t supposed to find! But good one”

There’s a good chance that we’ll get to see the mobile version of Valorant in the upcoming months, and it’s certain to give its other competitors like the mobile versions of PUBG, Call of Duty and Fortnite a run for their money.

Top 5 Biggest Esports Livestream Dramas of 2020: Fails, Rage and Hilarious Moments

0

Having only ventured four months in this new decade, 2020 has already seen its fair share of livestream dramas. From epic fails to jaw-dropping clutch plays, streamers have never ceased to entertain us throughout the first quarter of this year. We have compiled together for you the top 5 livestream dramas in 2020 which you can enjoy from the comfort of your couch.

Pokimane tries out CS:GO

Imane ‘Pokimane’ Anys is an icon of female streamers throughout the globe and is herself the most popular female streamer on Twitch with a follower count of over 4 Million. She is usually a Just Chatting or League of Legends streamer but last month with the help of her chatroom she tried her hands on CS:GO, the competitive shooter by Valve. Despite the valiant efforts of her chat to teach her the game, the stream was filled with horrible misplays and numerous cringeworthy moments.

In her stream, Pokimane was seen claiming how she was a “big girl” and not an “aim at ground girl”. However, her words didn’t age well due to the following encounter that took place between her and a couple of enemies in the upper tunnels of Dust 2.

She saw an enemy approaching and was rather quick to start shooting but couldn’t score a kill on the CT due to her inability to control the spray pattern of the AK-47. After eight long seconds of them shooting at each other, which would feel like an eternity to veteran CS players, she was finally shot down with an AWP.

The 23 year old streamer was astounded and couldn’t quite grasp why wouldn’t her bullets connect and screamed, “Wait what? Why is the recoil like this?”

Her chat helped her out by informing her that she needs to “pull down” her mouse in firefights to compensate for the recoil.

The turn of events although being a little embarrassing for pokimane, couldn’t be more entertaining for the viewers. The Twitch clip quickly gained popularity and has well over 100,000 views in less than a month.

Call of Duty pro discharges his gun on stream

Carl Reimer is a professional Call of Duty player and a (now former) SoaR Gaming member. On March 5th, the streamer was interacting with his Twitch chat and entertaining his viewers without realising he might be making a mistake that could potentially cost him his entire career.

“B**** say I ain’t got money,” he casually joked while holding onto his Glock and pulling the trigger. Much to his surprise, the gun discharged on his monitor. Luckily no one was injured in this incident except a can of G-Fuel which took injuries it might not recover from.

His next words were, “God damn, I swear to God I just emptied the mag,” realizing he might just have put his career at stake.

His Twitch account was immediately suspended and he was also dropped from his clan SoaR gaming which they declared through a tweet.

An apology followed soon after, he resorted to YouTube to share that he was “intoxicated” while the incident went down and that he had “ruined the rest of his life”. He also mentioned that he believes SoaR had made the right call by removing him from the roster.

This incident gave a hint to why the Americans need to be more strict with their gun laws and why you shouldn’t have glocks lying around on your desk.

Sammyboy’s thoughts on Mason

Sammyboy - Liquipedia Dota 2 Wiki

Mason “mason” Venne is an American professional Dota 2 player and streamer who found himself in a heated feud with Sammyboy last week. During his stream on March 18th, Mason was in a game of Dota as Ursa with Sammyboy in his team who was playing Razor. The game went south pretty quick when their team started losing badly with a scoreline of 15-29. After getting caught off guard on several occasions and dying seven times, Mason finally gave up.

He started pulling off one of his classic moves to show his disdain towards his teammates and began to destroy his items. One by one, he destroyed all six of his items which he had built for the past 33 minutes, including an Abyssal Blade and a Mask of Madness.
Seeing this, Sammyboy, who’s also a professional Dota 2 player, lost his cool.

He started raging, and he started raging hard as he punctuated his anger with a flurry of insults aimed towards Mason, who in turn complained that Sammyboy “can’t play Dota”
As the seemingly endless barrage of profanities by Sammyboy continued, Mason proceeded to walk down the middle lane to feed his enemies which further ensured their defeat.

Although the turn of events along with a tilted Sammyboy was hilarious for the viewers, the community is furious at Mason for giving up in a game that was probably still winnable. The former “Infamous” member is infamous for not being able to adapt to inconvenient situations, or as redditor u/superpunchedout mentions in his comment, “i like him, but he tends to play dota as if he had his dream team doing everything perfect”.

Jankos destroys an iron stack in a 1 vs 5 showdown

G2 JANKOS | Day 2 at the 2018 World Championship Play-In at … | Flickr

Marcin “Jankos” Jankowski is a professional League of Legends player and is currently playing as a jungler for G2 Esports. The 24 year old streamer jumped into a lobby with five iron players, who are on the lower end of the competitive League of Legends spectrum and challenged them to a 1 vs 5 game, provided that he got just three bans and his desired hero pick.

He decided to ban Tryndamere, Master Yi, and Jax, and then after picking Camille,  proceeded to destroy his opponents in the game which lasted only 17 minutes. Jankos got 34 kills to his name and absolutely annihilated his opposition who had picked a team of Mordekaiser, Sona, Heimerdinger, Lee Sin, and Maokai.

The Polish pro once again proved the existence of a huge skill gap between the ranks of League. What’s even more impressive is that he finished the game with zero deaths, which is a pretty big deal considering he was in the game 1v5. He then proceeded to boast about how easy the victory felt for him.

The clip has already racked up 218,000 views on Twitch and is still going strong.

CSGO streamer proves that age is just a number

This list would be incomplete without mentioning the 59-year-old gamer “IthemanTurk” and his amazing clutch play which took over Twitch by storm.

During the 5th round of his ongoing game on Mirage, the professional streamer found himself in a post-plant 2v2 scenario.

He was rather quick to neutralize a CT who tried to jump out of apartments as his teammate got shut down by an AWPer from the kitchen, leaving him in an intense one-on-one situation. The old man held onto his nerves and pushed the CT hiding inside market with his trusty AK-47. His crosshair instantly locked on to the head of the CT, finishing him off and securing the round for his team. He then proceeded to teabag his fallen foe, “Nothing like a little teabag,” he added.

While the clip is no longer available on Twitch, the man himself can regularly be streaming CS:GO in his channel.
