The next step is to simply drive the truck to Stark Industries and the mission will be completed. When the recently released map Icebox was added into the game alongside Act 3, the map had several clues about the upcoming 14th agent. The map had several easter eggs and samurai armour at A-site. The clues suggest that the developers are, at present, working on a samurai-based new agent. The alleged lab experiment and the hourglass pendant which exhibits “remember death” in Latin validates the rumours.

Based on the probability of a samurai-like upcoming agent, one of the many enthusiastic Valorant fans has taken an initiative and conceptualized an agent – Mamuro. On the back of “skins and radianite data”, u/VisiblePerson has created a fused agent. He further reiterates that Mamuro blends radianite technology and power.

The versatile initiator’s primary objective is to prevent initial aggression by agents such as Raze and Jett and also execute an offensive response in return. The user received mixed feedback from the community. While few complemented his concept and idea, the critics asserted that the agent was more suitable in games like Blizzard’s Overwatch.

The agent, by the looks of it, seems highly adaptable with abilities to halt enemies’ aggression while at the same time, Mamuro has a couple of formidable abilities to execute the sites. The concept behind it is highly rational and contemporary, however, several users perceive him ill-suited for Valorant.

The sum of the investment remains undisclosed. The investment has probably been made through FNATIC’s recent crowdfunding campaign.

Richard Nicholas Fry, in an interaction has revealed why did he chose to put his bet on the esports organization. The sixty-four year old believes a team doesn’t necessarily needs to win all the time, should stick together and be able to market themselves well.

Nick Fry is known widely for his role of Chief Executive Officer of the Mercedes AMG Petronas Formula One Team. He joined Fnatic two years ago as Head of Commercial Strategy.

In a recent #investinfnatic campaign by FNATIC, Nick revealed why he thought it was a good idea. He listed three major reasons why he thought FNATIC investment is worthy and fruitful.

Dr. Disrespect is known for taking controversial stances and while the streamer has been passive for a long time, he is back in the limelight due to a bizarre statement which made the entire mobile gaming furious and attracted bad publicity. Doc bragged about his high-end PC in a Tweet and the very end, stated something very controversial.

In his tweet, Dr. Disrespect mentioned about the specifications of his PC and ended the statement by saying, “….and you have the guts to tell me mobile gaming is a serious thing?”

This statement was quickly noticed by some of the well-known figures from the mobile esports and gaming community and they took their turn to fire back at Dr. Disrespect.

Some famous names like HawksNest from Tribe Gaming and XSET’s PUBG Mobile roster captain Juicy poked back by dissing Doc with words like “Old Man” and calling him out for his controversial statement. Famous COD Mobile content creator iFerg even challenged Doc for a 1v1 in COD Mobile with $100,000 at stake.

A special appearance was seen among them all when YouTube Gaming Head Fwiz joined the session and roasted Doc by stating that Nobru, a mobile gaming content creator, pulls 4 times more viewers than him. His response is as follows;

The Indian PUBG Mobile community did not shy and fired back in their own style. Starting with 8bit Thug, he just posted a screenshot of Esports Awards where Mortal ranked second in the ‘Streamer of the Year’ category.

PUBG Mobile Caster K18 also made an appearance in the thread and called out Doc for his faults.

Mortal usually stays away from any controversial opinions but this time, he participated in the revolt against Doc and stated that platform does not matter, all that matters is the will to compete.

Ghatak took it to other platform to express his thoughts but stated similar things like others.

The criticism shared by Indian pros were constructive and nobody directly attacked Dr. Disrespect for his statements but looking at the past, this Tweet is almost ironic. In the past, Dr. Disrespect stated similar things and did not clarify anything until he collaborated with famous Indian streamer and PUBG Mobile pro Scout. Both of them discussed mobile gaming and Doc even went on to apologize for his past statement and shrugged it off for being a “spur of the moment thought”.

This apology can be considered as a vague statement considering the fact that Doc repeated the same words yet again. It will be interesting to see on how Dr. Disrespect will react to this and what are his future comments regarding the booming mobile gaming industry.

MPL Announces College Premier League Esports Tournament With 10 Million INR Prize Pool

If you’re in college and consider yourself to be an avid gamer, it’s your lucky day. Mobile Premier League, also known as MPL, has announced the launch of College Premier League or CPL – an esports tournament for college students across India.

CPL boasts a total prize pool of a whopping 10,000,000 INR and will feature mobile gaming titles like Rogue Heist, Speed Chess, Pool, or World Cricket Championship.

The tournament is expected to be held in four stages, namely intra-college, regional, zonal, and national tournaments.

Over the last few months, we have seen a tremendous boost in online gaming. Not just as a means of keeping audiences entertained, but also as a viable career option…Through the College Premier League, we are hopeful of creating awareness about these opportunities and their potential.
