Far Cry 6 Opening Cinematic Revealed At Ubisoft Forward

0

Starting off the E3 weekend, Ubisoft this year prepared a bunch of surprises for its Ubisoft Foward presentation. With the company showing the latest development in the upcoming Rainbow Six Extraction to ending their show with the announcement of game based on awarding winning Avatar movie. The Ubisoft Forward this year was a solid hour of trailers, developer soundbites and surprise reveals.

Far Cry 6 is the latest game installment to the very popular Far Cry series. The game is set to release on 7th October and with its release window so close we expected more news or reveals about the game. Ubisoft didn’t leave us hanging and revealed the opening cinematic of Far Cry 6. The reveal perfectly captures the essence of the ruthless father and Yaran dictator, Anton Castillo evoking fear among the people and his own son.

In the reveal trailer, we get to meet the protagonist Dani. The scene opens with people trying to persuade a guard to let them flee the Island on the boat. But the guard isn’t listening to them and hits a kid. This is the first time we meet Diego (son of Anton Castillo) as Dani arrives on the scene and persuades the guard to let the people on the boat.

Scene change and now we are in a low-lit storage quarter below the deck with others who escaped on the boat. We see Dani talk to another side character Lita. Soon we hear sounds of a gunfight on the deck and hear the guard pleading to someone about being a “fishing boat” passing by.

Soon we see Anton Castillo arrive with his guards from the top deck to the bottom storage room. Here we hear a long monologue from Castillo about his childhood fishing trips with his father. Right at this time, the older woman who we see first in the opening scene appears again and interrupts Castillo’s monologue. She starts moving towards Castillo while shouting “Sick tyrant! You have poisoned Yara! You have poisoned your son!”. Just when she gets close to Castillo, one of his guards shoots her.

The scene changes and now we see Castillo calling out Deigo. Deigo finally reveals himself and asks Castillo to hurt anyone on the ship. He moves with his father to the upper deck, while Castillo’s guards remain in the lower deck, and lights fads away with the sounds of multiple gunshots being fired.

The opening cinematic ends now and we see other game details such as pre-order bonus and release date. This cinematic just shows how villainous Castillo is with his people and how he is seemingly molding Diego by making him witness violence at such a young age.

Fall Guys x Nier Automata Collaboration Announced

0

Mediatonic the guys behind the famous cartoony battleground game Fall Guys has recently announced its collaboration with Square Enix to bring the famous 2B character from the Nier Automata series as a playable character skin in Fall Guys.

Recently, Fall Guys’ official Twitter account posted a Fall Guys x Nier Automata trailer along with the announcement of 2B skin coming to Fall Guys on 18 June 2021. The skin will cost similar to other collaboration skins i.e. 10 crowns total (5 crowns for each part).

Fall Guys was once the most played indie game of the last year, but now it isn’t close to those days. Currently, the game sits with less than 8K concurrent players on Steam. While it may sound big when compared to other indie games, this number is extremely low considering that at one time they used to have more than 140K+ concurrent players on Steam

Since the runaway success of Among Us, Fall Guys have from its high position and is struggling with the lower than usual player base. But that doesn’t mean the developers aren’t committed to the game, as Mediatonic is still collaborating with other games and franchises to bring in new content constantly.

Other than new collaborations, Fall Guys is still bringing out new content in the form of free Battle Pass and new levels. The game might be a niche now from its highs, but that doesn’t change the fact that it is still extremely fun and funny.

Free Fire Redemption Site: How to use redeem codes

Garena Free Fire is a popular mobile game falling under the battle royale genre. This game has recently skyrocketed to become one of the biggest games in the market with millions of daily active players. The developers tend to giveaway to such a large player base in the form of redeem codes and you can use this guide to get these rewards very easily.

Redeem codes are special tokens released by Garena which offer freebies to players. These codes are usually region or user-limited which restricts some players from getting such awards but due to the frequency with which the developers release such codes, this discrepancy is compensated.

If you are looking to use your redeem codes but do not know how to do so, use these simple steps to get rewards as soon as you can. Most of the codes tend to expire within a few days so you should use a redeem code as soon as you get it.

When the developers release such codes, players need to visit the redemption website to redeem them. One can visit the website by clicking here and then, the players need to log in on this website by using various options provided.

Once a player logs in to the website, simply enter the code you have in the empty box and click on ‘Redeem’. The free items will be directly sent to your in-game mail.

Follow these steps to use redeem codes:

  • Visit the Reward Redemption center of Garena Free Fire. Click here to visit.
  • Log in with your Free Fire account. One must have either Facebook or Google ID signed in as a Guest account does not work.
  • Enter the code and get free rewards in your in-game item vault.

Make sure that the code you are using is designated for your own region and is yet to expire. If it belongs to any other area and you are trying to use it, then you will see an error pop-up stating that the code cannot be used.

Free Fire: Auto Aim Hacks leads to instant ban

Free Fire is a well-known battle royale title in the mobile gaming market. This game is developed by Garena and has a huge player base around the world. Similar to any other game, Garena Free Fire is also plagued with hackers who try to use unfair means to gain advantages over other players. One of the most used hacks is auto-aim and it has been the reason for the highest number of account bans in recent times.

Garena is actively trying to shut down all kinds of illegitimate activities which ruin the Free Fire experience for other players. Cheating is a big issue in this game and while all kinds of hacks are actively used by the cheaters, the most famous hack in this shady community is auto-aim.

An auto-aim or automatic headshot hack is simply a cheat that makes the players aim directly at their opponents’ heads and land instant headshots. This is a lethal hack as players do not stand a chance to retaliate in such a situation and end up dying before they can even react.

The developers are cracking down on such hacks and as per their recent reports, the most number of bans have been issued for this particular hack. Above 70% of the users found cheating were using this hack and they were instantly banned by Garena.

Most of these bans were made on the basis of player reports so if you come across such a hacker, make sure to report his ID so that the developers can take instant actions against such cheaters.

Garena defines cheating as the use of any unauthorized third-party application which is not developed by them or altering the game client in order to achieve functions that are non-existent in the official game client. This means that any kind of altercation made to the game will lead to a ban.

Free Fire also has a zero-tolerance policy which means that if you are found hacking even once, your account will be banned permanently. The developers say that they ban devices used for cheating so that players can not use other accounts on the same mobile after cheating.

Dr Disrespect banned from COD Warzone World Series over Twitch ties – Report

0

Dr Disrespect may have hit the ground running on YouTube but his bad blood with Twitch is coming to haunt him as he soon may find himself out of the Warzone World Series.

Dr Disrespect’s feud with Twitch is widely regarded as one of Twitch’s greatest controversies and the true reason behind his ban remains one of the internet’s best kept secrets. His ban came as a major shock given the fact that he was one of Twitch’s best streamers. Following the ban, Doc found a new home in YouTube after some time away and manage to keep himself in the streaming industry.

Doc is one of Warzone’s biggest advocates and rarely streams anything else these days, which makes him one of the game’s most well-known faces. His popularity in the Warzone community earned him a slot at the Warzone World Series but by the looks of things he won’t make it there.

His ties with Twitch prevent him from appearing in any content on the Amazon-owned streaming platform nor he can appear on any streams which makes it impossible for him to participate as Twitch Rivals have partnered with WSOW and the rulebook allows players to stream the games exclusively on nowhere but Twitch.

Given how the rulebook is structured, there is no apparent way Dr Disrespect will be able to make his way in the tournament, and it will be a cold day in hell before Twitch bends a knee and allow him for the event. The loss is a big one for WSOW and Doc, given his enormous fanbase would benefit him as well as the tournament organizers.

Ludwig taunts Hax over deleted Leffen video

0

Following the deletion of Leffen video, Ludwig has publicly taunted Smash Melee pro Hax$; calling him out for “rewriting history” as in altering the facts.

A few days ago, prominent Smash Melee pro Hax dropped a 136 pages long PDF file calling Leffen out for forming a “totalitarian regime” within the community. The file was accompanied by a 2.5-hour-long video, which as of now has been taken down from YouTube.

Leffen quickly turned down all allegations and announced that he will be taking legal action against the accusations surfaced by Hax before Hax was finally banned from Beyond the Summit’s Smash Summit 11 event. Following the ban, Hax’s attempted to publish a new video where according to him, the facts were presented in a well-organized manner.

As soon as Hax announced the 2nd video on Twitter, Ludwig came calling him out for “rewriting history”. “Saw you deleted the old video,” he said. “Seems you’ve joined the press in rewriting history… shame” he added.

Despite Hax claiming that the latest video will have the facts presented in a better way, it wasn’t enough to convince Ludwig from thinking that information was twisted in favor of Hax$ thus the tweet about “shame” and joining “the press in rewriting history”.

Free Fire Redeem Code Region Restrictions

Free Fire is a popular mobile battle royale game which has amassed millions of player base in the last couple of years. This game was the most downloaded title for two consecutive years and some of this success is due to their flashy skins and developer support. Garena tends to award their players with free stuff on a regular basis and one of the ways to give away things is by releasing redeem codes. There are certain restrictions on Free Fire redeem code and they are mentioned below.

Redeem code is simply a string of letters and numbers which could be redeemed on the official redemption website to get freebies in Free Fire. Most of the times, these rewards are limited to some vouchers but sometimes, the developers giveaway exclusive outfits and sets through these codes.

As these codes are used to gain free things, one might not come across them on a frequent basis. The developers release redeem codes via their social media handles or in-game announcements but the timing differs for every region. Players have to wait for their turn to receive a reward.

FREE FIRE REDEEM CODE RESTRICTIONS:

Free Fire redeem codes have region restrictions which won’t allow players from other regions to get free items. This system is implemented because when Garena gives away such redeem codes, they have control on which region can redeem them. For example, if players from NA region have received a redeem code then players from SEA or South Asian region cannot use these codes.

If players from other areas try to use these codes, they might come across an error pop-up which says that “Failed to Redeem” due to region restrictions. Players cannot bypass this barrier as they need to submit UID before redeeming free items and if the account does not belong to a specific region, they will not get the rewards.

There is no way to redeem codes from other regions without an account which belongs to that specific region. If you want to gain free items then you need to wait patiently until Garena releases more codes which are eligible for your region as well.

The developers sometimes limit the amount of times a code can be redeemed. This means that if a certain redemption limit is reached, players can not use that code anymore. Make sure to use your redeem codes as soon as you can to avoid such kind of an error.

You can visit our Free Fire section to check if there are any eligible redeem codes released for your region.
