PUBG x IVE Collaboration Goes Live November 4 as LOVE DIVE Takes Over Rondo

PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS x IVE goes live on PC on November 4 and console on November 12, with three LOVE DIVE areas on Rondo and IVE member skins.

PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS is taking a LOVE DIVE this month. KRAFTON’s collaboration with K-pop group IVE goes live on PC on November 4 and on PlayStation and Xbox on November 12. It brings three new areas to the Rondo map built around the group’s 2022 hit “LOVE DIVE,” along with in-game versions of all six members.

The content arrives with Update 44.1, whose patch notes were published on November 3. PC servers go down for maintenance from 00:00 to 08:30 UTC on November 4, or 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM in India and 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM in Seoul. In North America, that window opens at 7:00 PM Eastern on November 3, while console maintenance runs from 01:00 to 09:00 UTC on November 12.

Three LOVE DIVE areas are coming to Rondo

According to KRAFTON’s press release, the collaboration adds three new areas to Rondo that draw on key scenes and visual elements from the “LOVE DIVE” music video. A teaser trailer released on October 27 gave players a first look at one of these themed spaces, although PUBG has not yet published a full guide to where each area sits on the map.

Rondo itself is the 8×8 km East Asian map that arrived with Update 27.1 in December 2023, which makes it a fitting home for a collaboration rooted in Korean pop culture. It is also the setting for PUBG’s Dawnbreakers of Rondo mode, which picks up a new Nightmare difficulty in the very same update.

IVE members, outfits and emotes in PUBG

The collaboration also brings in-game character likenesses of all six IVE members, An Yujin, Gaeul, Rei, Jang Wonyoung, Liz and Leeseo. On top of that, players can expect themed outfits, accessories, gear and weapon designs, although KRAFTON has not yet listed prices or confirmed how the items will be sold.

Emotes are part of the package too, set to IVE’s popular songs including the new track the group released in October. The centrepiece of the soundtrack, meanwhile, is “LOVE DIVE (PUBG Mashup Ver.),” a new arrangement that blends the original song with PUBG’s own music.

The PUBG trailer recreates IVE’s LOVE DIVE era

The rollout has been building for almost two weeks, after PUBG first hinted at the partnership with a teaser image on October 21 and then revealed the key art and a teaser trailer on October 27.

PUBG released the main collaboration trailer on November 1, showing the six members recreating the concept and outfits from their “LOVE DIVE” promotions. “IVE isn’t here to chill,” PUBG wrote when it shared the video on X, describing the members as heroines who are “here to take over the Battlegrounds.”

“LOVE DIVE” came out in April 2022 as IVE’s second single, only a few months after the group debuted under Starship Entertainment, and it remains one of their signature songs. Its music video passed 300 million views on YouTube in 2025, so PUBG is building its collaboration around a track that still carries plenty of pull with fans around the world.

The partnership also pairs IVE with one of the most decorated games in the genre. PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS, developed by KRAFTON subsidiary PUBG Studios, launched in 2017 and holds seven Guinness World Records, including the fastest early access game on Steam to reach $100 million in revenue.

Alongside the update, PUBG is running a dedicated PUBG x IVE web event, where new content unlocks on a set schedule as the collaboration rolls out across both platforms.

What else arrives in PUBG Update 44.1

The IVE content is not the only change in Update 44.1. KRAFTON has ended its first LMG Meta Rotation early, returning the M249 and MG3 to their pre-August balance and adjusting the RPD to match the other LMGs. Vehicle health also rises by 8% to 15% depending on the type.

The Van, Pico Bus and Food Truck now come with a trunk that holds 300 capacity, and the BRDM-2 gets better handling and a higher top speed. Elsewhere, Dawnbreakers of Rondo gains a single Nightmare difficulty set in Jadena City, Xeno Point adds a Hell difficulty, and Ranked Season 44 offers a P90 weapon skin as a permanent tier reward.

PC players get first access once maintenance ends on November 4. Console players, on the other hand, will have to wait eight more days until the November 12 maintenance wraps up before they can drop into the LOVE DIVE areas on Rondo.
