PlayStation Black Friday 2026 starts early this year. Sony’s Black Friday sale on the PlayStation Store opens on Wednesday, November 4, and runs until Monday, November 30, with discounts of up to 75% on thousands of PS5, PS4 and PS VR2 games, expansions and DLC. Sony announced the dates on the official PlayStation Blog.
That’s almost four weeks of deals, starting more than three weeks before Black Friday itself on November 27. If you’ve had a game sitting on your wishlist for months, this is probably your window. Just don’t spend everything on day one, because the sale changes halfway through.
When does the PlayStation Black Friday 2026 sale start and end?
PlayStation Blog lists four key dates for the sale.

The November 16 refresh and the November 20 cut-off matter the most. A game you see discounted on November 5 may not be discounted after the refresh, and some deals end ten days before the sale does. If a price looks good in the first week, don’t wait for Black Friday on November 27 hoping it drops further.
Sony also says “promotions and discount percentages may vary by region”. Prices on the Indian PlayStation Store may not match the US or UK stores, so check your own regional store before you buy.
How much can you save in the PlayStation Black Friday 2026 sale?
Up to 75% off. Sony describes “deep discounts up to 75% off” across “thousands of PS5, PS4 and PS VR2 games, expansions, and DLC”. Zack Garvey, Promotions Proposal Manager at Sony Interactive, wrote the announcement.
“Up to” is doing a lot of work in that sentence. Sony has not published individual prices yet, so the size of each discount will only be clear once the sale is live. The full list will appear on the PlayStation Store Black Friday page.

Sony hasn’t published individual prices or discount percentages for these games yet. The preview is only a sample. Sony says thousands of PS5, PS4 and PS VR2 games, expansions and DLC are included, and the full list goes up on the PlayStation Store Black Friday page when the sale starts on November 4. Are PS5 consoles, PS VR2 or PS Plus on sale for Black Friday 2026?
Not yet. Sony’s November 3 announcement covers PlayStation Store games and add-ons only. It does not mention PS5 console prices, PS VR2, DualSense controllers or PlayStation Plus discounts.
Last year’s sale suggests those may come later. In 2025, Sony announced its hardware Black Friday deals on November 18, with offers starting November 21, according to the PlayStation Blog’s Black Friday 2025 post. Sony listed these deals that year.

How do Indian players find the PlayStation Black Friday deals?
The PlayStation Store India site already has a Black Friday category, and Sony will fill it once the sale starts on November 4. When it goes live, open the PlayStation Store on your PS5 or PS4, or visit store.playstation.com, and look for the Black Friday collection.
- Add games to your wishlist now. It makes it easier to spot discounts on the games you want, so you won’t have to browse thousands of listings.
- Check prices again after November 16, when the offers change.
- Watch for the November 20 cut-off. If a game’s discount ends that day, it won’t come back before November 30.
