Enigma Gaming Signs Hikka

After a few weeks of whirlwind rumours doing the rounds, it seems the stack headlined by former XTZ Esports star Shakir ‘hikkA’ Razak and former GodLike Esports player Jigar ‘sMx’ Mehta has been acquired by Enigma Gaming. Saharyar ‘Badman’ Shaikh and Prabhdeep ‘Ghost’ Bhatia also form part of the roster picked up by Enigma Gaming, with the final slot filled up by Sharan ‘Busterrr’ Dave.

hikkA had departed the XTZ Esports roster and rumours were rife about his potential return to Noble Esports. At Enigma Gaming, he is set to reprise the role of a duelist in the Enigma Gaming lineup, with the SriLankan rifler gaining notoriety and fame for his plays with Raze.

sMx will mostly be seen on his dependable Sova, an initiator that he has championed since the release of Valorant. The Mumbai-based star was benched at GodLike Esports after the arrival of Debanjan ‘DeathMaker’ Das, with the organisation announcing his release not too long ago.

BadMan will take up the responsibility that comes with the Sentinel role. The former RAD Syndicate rifler boasts a solid repertoire of Cypher and will be looking to use it to Enigma Gaming’s advantage on the Valorant servers.

Busterrr has been mostly seen playing as Duelist while being part of his own friendly stack named Rebellious Gaming and is widely recognised as one of the best Reyna players in the country, statistically and otherwise. It will be interesting to see how he adapts to the role of being a Controller, with Ghost, who is proficient with several heroes but has gained notoriety with his plays on Jett and Omen, donning the Duelist role alongside hikkA.

The lineup is incredibly flexible and will allow them to confuse opposition with a wide range of combinations. With a three-duelist meta becoming increasingly popular and Badman having played Omen to a certain extent in the competitive Valorant scene in India, we could very well see them push Busterrr into a third Duelist role in some scenarios.

We’re thrilled to announce our new Uber talented Valorant lineup that is hungry to be the best lineup out there! This would also make Enigma Gaming the first Indian organization to field competitive teams in Valorant, Free Fire, PUBGM, and CODM and we hope to expand to many more titles in the near future.
