NS RedForce spent the night of their BMIC 2026 win at Jonathan Amaral‘s gaming house. On 1 November, after lifting the BGMI International Cup at The Dome in Mumbai, the whole Korean squad, XZY, TIZI, DokC, HyunBin and Soez, went with coach Janchi to be the guests of the Team Apex Gaming owner before heading home to Korea.
The champions were welcomed with bouquets of flowers, and by the time everyone sat down for photos the two sides had swapped colours. The NS RedForce players pulled on orange Team Apex Gaming jerseys, while Jonathan wore a black and red NS RedForce jacket. One of the Koreans held up Jonathan’s own TAG jersey, with his name and the number 16 across the back and the #TAGonTOP tag above it, and later put it on. That was the sweet gesture of unity and symbolism.
Then came FIFA, Jonathan took on the BMIC champions at EA Sports FC on the big screen. Down in the infamous garage, a silver flashy Lamborghini drew a long look from the player in Jonathan’s jersey.

“After winning BMIC, we were invited to Jonathan’s gaming house,” says Janchi. “We’re heading back to Korea with so many incredible memories. Thank you to all our friends in India for making this trip so special. We hope you’ll keep supporting our team!”
It was a quiet end to a big week. NS RedForce had just spent three days on stage at KRAFTON India’s international BGMI LAN, and they closed the trip on a sofa with one of the best-known players in India, a controller in hand.
The title run that brought NS RedForce to Mumbai
NS RedForce won BMIC 2026 on 233 points, 82 clear of DRX. They led after all three days of the Grand Finals, took five Chicken Dinners and finished with 148 finishes, 49 more than any other team. Their 28-point Chicken Dinner on Miramar in Match 12 was the highest single-match score of the event, and XZY was named MVP. Our report on NS RedForce’s BMIC win has the full standings and the day-by-day story.
For HyunBin, it was a second BMIC title in a row. He was the MVP when DRX won BMIC 2025 in New Delhi, and he moved to NS RedForce before this year’s event, as our BMIC 2026 rosters guide set out. The win is worth ₹30 lakh and a place in the Gauntlet at PMGC 2026, the PUBG Mobile Global Championship, which is the team’s next stop. DRX took BMIC’s second PMGC place on 151 points, two ahead of Dplus KIA.
Korean teams won 10 of the 18 matches in Mumbai, Indian teams took seven and Japan’s Valor took one. Gladiators Esports were the best Indian side, fourth on 144 points.
Jonathan watched BMIC from the outside. He joined GodLike Esports in August 2021 and left in April after more than four years as the face of the team and launched Team Apex Gaming on 12 April, moving from franchise player to owner. TAG topped the BMSD 2026 Semi Finals with 152 points but finished outside the top six at the Grand Finals in Hyderabad, and only those six went to BMIC. On the final night, the Indian star still ended up hosting the team that won it.
