A new game-breaking bug has once again been discovered in Valorant, and this time, it involves the Sentinel Killjoy and one of her abilities.
The bug in question makes Killjoy’s Nanoswarms completely disappear when thrown, and it seems to be fairly easy to replicate on certain maps like Lotus, Ascent, or Sunset.
As highlighted in a clip by X user “VALORANT_Uni,” Killjoy mollies can disappear from the map when they’re thrown into the rotating doors on Lotus or the B Market door on Sunset as they’re being activated.
The news comes only a few hours after Waylay got removed from the Valorant Agent roster for the second time in two weeks due to a series of bugs involving her Refract and Saturate.
While Riot Games hasn’t publicly addressed the Killjoy molly bug at the time of writing, it seems unlikely that the Agent will be pulled from the roster, given how situational the issue appears to be. That said, it wouldn’t be unprecedented if Riot decides to take her out temporarily.
The devs could also choose to deploy a hotfix to address the problem, or simply roll out a fix with the next Valorant numbered patch, which is expected to arrive in just a couple of days.
Till then, players are advised not to throw Killjoy Nanoswarms into the doors of Ascent, Sunset, and Lotus as they are being opened.
