The Valorant 13.06 patch is scheduled to go live on Tuesday, September 22, with the rollout stretching into Wednesday, September 23, for players in later time zones.

Note that Riot is completely reworking how agent gear unlocks with this patch, shifting from overall account progress to time spent on each specific agent. Anyone sitting on unused gear tracks for agents they rarely play has until the patch lands to make progress under the current system, since the changeover ties unlocks to per-agent playtime going forward.
