VCT Pacific Stage 2 Grand Final Result
Global Esports and Nongshim RedForce met in the VCT Pacific Stage 2 Grand Final on September 6. Nongshim RedForce won the first two maps, Sunset (13-11) and Split (13-2), to take a commanding 2-0 lead.
Global Esports then found their footing. They won Abyss 13-10 and Lotus 13-5 to level the series at 2-2, forcing a decisive fifth map. On Haven, Global Esports closed out the match 13-10, completing the reverse sweep and taking the series 3-2.

The two teams had also met two days earlier in the Upper Final, where Nongshim RedForce won 2-1. That result sent Global Esports to the Lower Bracket, where they beat T1 3-1 to earn a rematch in the Grand Final.
UdoTan Named VCT Pacific Stage 2 MVP
Go “UdoTan” Kyung-won was named MVP of the VCT Pacific Stage 2 Grand Final. He received the VCT Pacific Golden Mouse, a trophy set with 3.2 carats of natural flawless diamonds by Pulsar Gaming Gears.
UdoTan finished the series with an average combat score of 220, close behind Nongshim RedForce’s Dambi at 224. Every Global Esports player rotated through multiple agents across the five maps, with Kr1stal and PatMen each playing five different agents, one per map.
Global Esports’ Road to the Title
Global Esports finished second in Group Alpha during the group stage with a 3-2 record. They opened with 2-0 wins over Rex Regum Qeon and FULL SENSE, lost 1-2 to Nongshim RedForce and 1-2 to Gen.G Esports, then closed the group stage with a 2-0 sweep of ZETA DIVISION.
In the Playoffs, Global Esports beat KIWOOM DRX 2-1 in the Upper Bracket Round 1, their first-ever Playoff win over DRX. They then swept VARREL 2-0 in the Upper Semifinals before losing 1-2 to Nongshim RedForce in the Upper Final.
Dropping to the Lower Bracket, Global Esports beat T1 3-1 in the Lower Final to reach the Grand Final rematch against Nongshim RedForce, where they completed the reverse sweep.
Prize Money and VALORANT Champions Qualification
Global Esports take home US$100,000 for winning VCT Pacific Stage 2. They also become VCT Pacific’s first seed into VALORANT Champions 2026 in Shanghai.
Nongshim RedForce finish as runners-up, earning US$65,000 in prize money. They qualify for VALORANT Champions 2026 as VCT Pacific’s second seed.
