SLESA (Sri Lanka Esports Association) held the Qualifiers Online which resulted in players applying from different countries, although the rule from SLESA is that qualifiers for international events required all players to be present at LAN.

Special permission was Granted to Misrab ” Paradoxx” Hassan by all the clan Heads of SLESA but due to unavailability of him at the actual event in December he was rolled out and the decision was made to select all 5 players from Sri Lanka itself.

The affected Qualifier matches (in which Misrab had played in the Qualifiers) were replayed with actual rosters.

The Team x3’s Victorious Secret ended up winning the Grand final confirming their place as the Sri Lankan National Team for Dota 2 at the IESF championship planned to be held at Seoul from 11th to 15th December 2019.

The Sri Lankan team will be wearing the Jerseys with similar designs as that of the Sri Lankan cricket team.

Two officials from SLESA namely Ramesh Liyanage and Nisal Weerakoon will also be traveling to represent and manage the team.
