Lasse Aukusti “MATUMBAMAN” Urpalainen is one of the most celebrated and notable carries of the DOTA 2 scene, he is very well known for his fluid and versatile playstyle in-game. The ex-star from Team Liquid MATUMBAMAN was removed from the team which he had been a part of since its inception earlier this year before The International 2019. MATUMBAMAN went on to join Chaos Esports Club after he was removed from the active roster of Team Liquid. With Chaos Esports Club, he managed to qualify TI9 but their performance was not up to the mark and they only managed a 17th-18th place finish thus becoming the first team to be eliminated from the prestigious event.

Not being able to perform well and after having a very disappointing run at TI9, MATUMBAMAN had remained relatively silent about his future plans for the upcoming DOTA 2 session until recently when he decided to break his silence. In a tweet issued to his fans on twitter, MATUMBAMAN announced that he will be taking a break till 2nd major for the coming season and went on to wish best of luck to the teams who are looking forward to competing in the upcoming DOTA 2 season.
