Ence bench Sunny

SuNny CSGO

Today on a mutual note, Finish Organization ENCE has decided to move Miikka “suNny” Kemppi on the bench. Having signed him right after the IEM Katowice 2019, he went on to replace Aleksi ‘Aleksib’ Virolainen on the team.

A week earlier, Jarek ‘DeKay’ Lewis from DBLTP.com had reported about this roster move which now stands confirmed. The report also stated that the 26yo Finnish player might join forces with GODSENT who recently parted ways with Kevin “kRYSTAL” Amend. With suNny shortlisted, he can go on to replace their current stand-in Luka “emi” Vuković.

This roster update follows the ongoing Internal issues within the ENCE camp where in an HLTV.org confirmed podcast, Aleksi ‘allu’ Jalli opened up about the team’s recent form. Allu stated that the team had benched the wrong player back in 2019 to bring in suNny on the team.

In retaliation, Jere ‘sergej’ Salo who had left ENCE as he felt demotivated by the team’s environment in a tweet went against allu that said, “isn’t as simple and harmless persona as it may look”, and that “there’s a reason he’s the only one left in the team from the original roster” He was partially backed by suNny as well who added, “so far everything in this live is truth but not the whole truth and people deserve it now or never”.

It was later addressed by the Finnish Organization where they took full responsibility for not understanding the severity of the existent problems within the team.

On their website, they stated, “The process to restructure and rebuild our CS:GO team is ongoing and we will further communicate our 2021 plans after the Christmas holidays have concluded. We understand our fans and followers wish to know our vision for the upcoming year, but we ask you to bear with us as we work tirelessly to come to a conclusion. Effective today Miikka “suNny” Kemppi has been benched from playing in ENCE’s active CS:GO roster. This decision has been made in mutual understanding between Miikka and the organization, as we are evaluating our next steps towards the 2021 CS:GO season.”

ENCE is now down to three players with Tuomas “SADDYX” Louhimaa returning back to SJ after he was loaned out by the latter.
