TSM bench reltuC

Team SoloMid (TSM) are the first team to make a changing post the conclusion of Valorant Champions Tour (VCT) Stage 2 Challengers events. TSM on Twitter have announced the departure of the Stephen “reltuC” Cutler from their Valorant division.

reltuC have been shown the door at TSM after the team has struggled in their recent showings following the recent debacle at the VCT Stage 2 Challengers 2 event where they were stomped by Andbox in the Lower bracket. Previously in Stage 1, 100 Thieves managed to breeze past the Yassine “Subroza” Taoufik side in the Lower Bracket.

Originally from mouseSpaz, reltuC and co were acquired by TSM in May 2020 making the former one among the original and founding members of the team. Under Stephen, TSM were able to bag two major A-tier events at the T1 X NSG followed by FaZe Clan Invitational, grabbing a total of $50,000 USD in winnings. Before setting up for their VCT runs, they were the second-best team at the Valorant’s First Strike in North America after they lost to 100 Thieves in the Grand Finals.

According to TSM, reltuC will be moved to the inactive position and will take up streaming under the team’s banner. At the end of March, TSM signed Braxton “Swag” Pierce as a sixth player to their squad who has until now played just one match for the team, during the Stage 2 Challengers 1 Open Qualifier event. For now, it’s unclear whether the team will sign yet another player for their professional Valorant or field Brax as their permanent fifth.

TSM Valorant are now:

  • James ‘hazed’ Cobb
  • Matthew ‘Wardell’ Yu
  • Yassine ‘Subroza’ Taoufik
  • Taylor ‘drone’ Johnson
  • Braxton ‘Swag’ Pierce
  • Taylor ‘Tailored’ Broomall (Head Coach)
