Dendi parts ways with Na’Vi

What is the first thing that comes to your mind when you hear the word DENDI? Na’ vi.

Natus Vincere=Dendi and Dendi=Natus Vincere.

But that is not the case anymore.

Earlier today, Danil “Dendi” Ishutin was released from his contract by Natus Vincere, at the player’s request.

Although Dendi was not still a part of the active Dota 2 roster, he was still contracted to the organisation.

Dendi was the face of DOTA 2 for the first few years of Dota 2, when the game was new.

His major accomplishments are winning The International 1 and placing second at TI 2 and TI 3.

Danil “Dendi” Ishutin:

Together with NAVI, I’ve come a long way, with many ups and downs. I’ve made an incredible number of friends, many of whom I’m still in touch with. An unthinkable amount of fond memories.
For me, it’s a huge part of my life and NAVI is in my veins: 8 years of action! But I have new achievements ahead of me. I appreciate and hug everyone, I’ll see you around!

Yevhen Zolotarov, СЕО Natus Vincere:

On behalf of the organization and all employees, we would like to tank Danya for his time in NAVI. For professionalism and loyalty to our club, as well as for the emotions we have experienced together.
Much love and we wish you good luck in reaching new heights!

Danil “Dendi” Ishutin appealed to the management of the club with a request for early termination of the contract. Talking into account his contribution to the development of Natus Vincere, as well as his achievements, the club met the wishes and released him from contractual obligations, so starting from today Dendi becomes a free agent.

Danil will talk about his future plans after The International 2019, where he will be present as an analyst.

Dendi represented NAVI in the competitive stage for 2170 days and played 1507 matches as a midlaner of the team.

We all love seeing Dendi in the black and gold colours of Natus Vincere and will surely miss him.
