Times Network uses CSGO model to report Indo-Pak bi-lateral story

Indian TV networks seem to love using Esports models as part of their graphical display. Popular English News Channel Times Now, part of the successful Times Network, was recently seen using a model from Counter Strike: Global Offensive during a telecast.

The model used is actually part of the models that are visible on the Terrorists inside the popular Esports title CSGO as Times Now explored the speculation of terrorist involvement in the protests against the revocation of Article 370 by the Indian Government, which is currently presided over by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Article 370 was revoked by the Indian Government in August, 2019, thus removing the special status granted to the state of Jammu and Kashmir as a result of the contents of the Article.

The removal of the article was met with a large furore from the citizens of the state and throughout India, in general, with protests being held all across the country and in several parts of the world.

The telecast was exploring the possibility of foreign involvement in the protests and the prospect of them being ‘sponsored’ rather than being a ‘spontaneous’ effort from the citizens and aggrieved people.
