Cloud9 wins Esports Organization of the Year 2018 Award

Cloud9 awarded as the Esports Organization of the Year at the 2018 Esports Awards. The esteemed organization has had a breathtaking, fantastic year across multiple titles. They achieved successful results in Overwatch, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, League of Legends, and Rocket League.

To start with, at the beginning of the year, Cloud9 became the first North American team to win a CS:GO Major with a monumental victory over FaZe Clan in the ELEAGUE Boston Major, and at the end of July, their Overwatch League team, the London Spitfire, were named the champions of the league’s inaugural season.

Earlier this month, they became the first North American team to advance to the League of Legends World Championship semi-finals in seven years.
