Battlegrounds Mobile India Series is moving to its next phase of competition after concluding the third qualifiers round. The amount of teams has significantly reduced as the top 64 competitors will not fight for a slot in semi-finals. Here are the details of the BGIS Quarter Finals with group segregation, teams and match timings.
BGIS is the first ever official tournament hosted by Krafton Inc. with a massive prize pool of ₹1 Crore. The winners of this tournament also have a big opportunity to make India proud on the global stage as they will be getting the seeding slot of PMGC World Finals 2021.
A total of 224 teams from open qualifiers were mixed with 32 invited teams in the third round of qualification. There were many upsets in this stage of tournament as big names failed to qualify but after a rigorous competition, 64 well deserving rosters are going to appear at the quarter finals.
BGIS Quarter Finals Format and Schedule
The quarter finals begin on 2nd January and will run for the next three days to conclude on 5th January. The top 64 teams will be split up in four groups and top six from each group will move ahead to the semi finals.
Each group will play a total of six matches and viewers can watch the live action on official YouTube broadcasts. The quarter finals livestream will start at 5:30 PM and one group will play each day.

A total of 32 victors will emerge after four days of competition and these rosters will then fight to enter the grand finals. Make sure to tune in on time and not miss any action.
