Update your graphics driver

Fix GPU Settings
In the NVIDIA Control Panel select the following settings for Marvel Rivals under manage 3D Settings:
- To switch your graphics card from Auto-detect to OpenGL rendering GPU, click on it.
- Under the Power management mode options, choose “Prefer maximum performance.”
- Scroll down to Texture Filtering Quality and select “High performance.”
- Turn off the Vertical Sync option.
Disable Hardware Acceleration

- After choosing System, select Display.
- Select Graphics settings.
