pro100 sweep HellRaisers to win DreamHack Delhi CSGO Invitational 2019

pro100 won the DreamHack Delhi CSGO Invitational 2019, upsetting HellRaisers 2-0 (Mirage 19-15, Train 16-12) in a Best of 3 Grand Final.

HellRaisers won the pistol round T side with a successful attempt to take over A. The Ts converted the advantage gained from the pistol round win into a second round. pro100 bought on the 3rd round and immediately responded, thanks to an underpass push from NickelBack, who cleaned almost the entire HellRaisers team, ending the round with a quadkill. Another tussle at mid, with nukkye’s 3k winning HellRaisers their 3rd round and forcing pro100 on an eco.

HellRaisers continued to prioritise mid-control, with their default hovering around mid and B. pro100 finally doubled their tally on Round 9 but HellRaisers were in no mood to even allow pro100 as much of a look-in, let alone pull off a potential comeback in the first half.

pro100 soon pulled out their Double AWP setup, which enabled them to gain more control over the map and put some numbers on the board, with the half ending 10-5 in the favour of HellRaisers.

pro100 though, were on redemption road immediately, winning the pistol round and the ensuing couple of rounds to shrink the deficit to 2 rounds. ANGE1 and crush took it upon themselves, opening their account on the defence.

pro100 finally succeeded in their adventures at A to break the HellRaisers chain of wins and bring the score back to 9-14. It was pro100’s time to string together some rounds and put the pressure on HellRaisers, who found it difficult to stop pro100’s unrelenting aggression, with the attackers pulling the lead back to just 2 rounds.

A good anti-eco round from pro100 brought it to within a round. ANGE1 handed the advantage on Round 28 to HellRaisers with a double kill, dropping the bomb. But, YEKINDAR was not going to surrender the pace of the game and pulled off a momentous ace to level the scoreline for the first time on the map.

A 3k from nukkye looked to have finally put HellRaisers on map point. But, YEKINDAR returned fire with a 4k of his own on the same round, ensuring pro100 the first and only map point in regulation time. WorldEdit failed to convert a 1v3 post-plant situation, with HellRaisers pushing it to Overtime.

YEKINDAR continued his onslaught on HellRaisers, with a 3k towards B handing pro100 the first round in Overtime. ANGE1 and co. had no answer to pro100’s B takes, with the attackers completing a perfect half in Overtime.

pro100 had three map points but needed just the first one, shutting down HellRaisers at B short to complete the comeback and take Mirage.

HellRaisers started strong on the CT side on Train, winning the pistol round. But, pro100 won the force buy includingand then pushed to a 4-1 lead. HellRaisers locked down the B site at Lower.

nukkye came up huge with an ace on the glass cannon near Ivy to peg pro100 back. That was but a flash in the pan, with pro100 continuing to dominate. WorldEdit came up with a huge 2k to shut down an Ivy push from the CTs on Round 13 to push pro100 into double figures. The half ended 12-3, with HellRaisers just unable to respond to pro100’s offence.

The trailing CIS giants though, got the pistol round in their bag after a stretched tussle at B and converted the anti-eco to push the scoreline to 5-12. YEKINDAR pulled it back at A with a 3k on the AWP on Round 18. scoobyxie though, put up a massive effort on the same site, with a quadkill ensuring they hit back and reset pro100.

HellRaisers managed to string together some rounds on the trot, thanks mostly to the pro100’s flailing economy to shrink the lead to 3 rounds. One of the key features of their T side was their use of the MSL stack jump at pop-drop, which always yielded them a kill without a trade.

But, pro100 managed to break the string of rounds on a Quasi-buy and were on map point, series point and championship point after shutting down an A push from HellRaisers.

WorldEdit seemed to have done it but the C4 timer was too far gone, handing HellRaisers the round. A good A push saw HellRaisers force pro100 into a two-man save. pro100 chose to buy pistols around the saved weaponry, with wayLander getting two massive kills with the five-seven on a Lower push. NickelBack’s push ended HellRaisers’ hopes, with pro100 closing out Train 16-12.

pro100 have won the lion’s share of a 55,000 USD prize pool and their first big LAN win with this lineup, with HellRaisers ending up as the runners-up.

MAP 1: Overpass

HellRaisers started their map pick on the offense, with scoobyxie picking up 3K on the entry towards B site to win the first pistol round of the second semi final of the day. Goliath fired back with a Deagle force buy where zipzip got two players coming down in connector and rest of the players grouped to grab the rest of the HellRaisers squad coming through monster and forcing an eco out of them in next round. The next full buy of HellRaisers came in the 5th round came close to a 1 on 2 situation for nukkye where massacRe got a frag out of him to deny the retake but scoobyโ€™s Deagle came alive in the following round getting a 3K and recovering 3 guns including an AWP thereby forcing mango to save his gun. Flarich picked up a 4K in 8th round out players rushing into T-Spawn with pistols as they leveled the score 4-4.  crush picked up a 3K in the next round to take the lead for the first time in the match and scoobyxie picked up a 3K of his own in following round to double their lead. ANGE1โ€™s 3K came in the 10th round where they took the B bombsite and SloWye was forced to save his AWP. Goliath came back on board with the help of 3 Deagle kills from zipzip and mango got two kills of his own to steal the round which HellRasiers should have won, considering they were up against upgraded pistols. 2K from both nukkye helped HellRaisers to close the first half 10-5 in their favor with a fast monster play.

HellRaisers converted the 2nd pistol round yet again, Goliath werenโ€™t allowed to reach the site, let alone plant the bomb. The South Africans had to eco in the round which nukkye took advantage of to get a 3K in connector. The boys from CIS didnโ€™t give Goliath any ground to stand on, they found themselves on eco every other round. nukkye picked up 3 kills around the toilet in the 20th round to reach map point 15-5. Goliath bounced back in the 21st round with a fast monster and B short play to get their 6th round but HellRaisers shut them down in the follow up round and wrapped up their pick with a 16-6 scoreline.

MAP 2: Inferno

Goliath started their pick on the offense, getting a kill towards banana, they rushed towards the A site to win the round off eliminating all the HellRaisers players. The force buy from HellRaisers didnโ€™t yield any results and they had to eco in the 3rd round. HellRaisers won their first full buy in the 4th round when Crush mowed down three players rotating through speedway towards the B site. nukkye picked up a 4K holding the Arch singlehandedly with an AWP in the 6th round.  Flarich clutched a 1v2 which if he didnโ€™t would result in a loss against eco pistols for HellRaisers. Goliath got back on board in the 9th round and forcing two HellRaisers players to save. HellRasier won an eco that they had no business winning off the back of two Deagle shots from both scoobyxie and Flarich. HellRaisers won another round with pistols around Nukkyeโ€™s AWP to reach their 7th round where the AWP brought in two kills. The final round of the first half came down to a 2v2 situation but Flarich sprayed down two players pushing through the smoke to secure the half with a 9-6 scoreline.

HellRaisers won their pistol round on the offense with scoobyxie popping the heads off three players, but lost their second round of the second half against pistols and a scout. HellRaisers won the following round with upgraded pistols around an AK-47 on Flarich and only lost 2 players. Goliath got back on the in the 22nd round with shutting down an aps and mid split from the A bombsite. Goliath managed to get a 4v2 situation but Flarich and Crush played it to perfection and converted it with Crush picking up a 3K. HellRaisers reached series point on the 23rd round brute forcing into A site and close the map with crush finding double entries into the A site again and his team contributed to his hard work as well and booked themselves a spot in the grand finals with a 16-8 scoreline. crush stood out as their best player with an ADR of 86.0 and Flarich dropped the highest impact rating of 1.42.

They will play pro100 for the $28000 prize and the DreamHack Delhi 2019 Trophy in the Grand Finals later today.

‘We just need to take it up a notch and we can be there among these teams on a regular basis’ – mango | DreamHack Delhi

We had an opportunity to sit down and talk to Goliath Gaming after the team ensured their place in the semi-finals of DreamHack Delhi CSGO Invitational 2019.

TE: You guys took the win against Orgless Five but struggled against pro100 somewhat. What went wrong against them?

adaro: We stuck too much to our own game and didn’t adapt too much as a team. pro100 realized that and took advantage. Going into the Final day, we should just be ready for these things.

SloWye: I think we shouldn’t be afraid of playing our own game. These are bigger names than we are used to play against. I am not saying the pressure got to us but we need to play better and counter from the get-go.

TE: Is there anything the fans should keep an eye out for on the Final Day? Anything we haven’t seen and some pocket strategies?

adaro: Surely. I think we have a very deep playbook. There is a lot of different things that we have in our locker that the teams might not be ready for.

TE: How have you found it at an individual level? Do you feel confident in taking on any other player here on the server?

adaro: Definitely. We realized as soon as we came in that we can match their skill level. We South Africans already have good mechanics and aim.

SloWye: The South African scene in general has good aimers and most of us in the scene have mechanics to match players from these teams. It’s just that they have a bit more experience.

TE: As a coach, what do you think were the reasons for your loss against pro100?

LighteRTZ: They seemed more composed and we need to cut down on the mistakes from today. We have to be more prepared. We have to make sure we control the pace of the game. We control the pace of the game, we dictate it.

TE: How important is a coach and what does one have to do, especially in the case of fresh or temporary lineups like yours?

LighteRTZ: Just the basics. We need to make sure the players are comfortable and feel good as they get into the server. Keep the positive energy go throughout the game. I try and keep the technical aspect and flow of the game to the IGL and focus more on fine-tuning the mistakes. I have been coaching these guys for just 3 weeks and in general, for the last 3 years. I am still looking to absorb all the information and keep growing along with the team.

TE: You [massacRe] are pretty young for an IGL. What do you focus more on with this lineup? Is it more about defaults and structure or mid-round calls and rotation-heavy strats?

massacRe: In our team, the focus is on running our defaults and structure. We have a few rounds where we execute set strategies. But, it’s mostly about defaults.

TE: What does any budding IGL must focus on if he wants to improve?

massacRe: The most important thing is to be calm at all times because your emotions pour on to the rest of the team. Then another thing is to watch as many demos as possible, look at how other teams play.

TE: This is your [mango] very first LAN outside South Africa. Do you feel confident as individually and as a team?

mango: We are not very far behind. We just need to take it up a notch and we can compete regularly and push these teams to the limit. Individually, I feel confident in taking on any player on the server right now. I just need to get more experienced under my belt.

TE: You talked a lot about aggression. Both Orgless Five and pro100 had their own bouts of aggression on the server. What was the difference between the two?

ZipZip: Orgless Five’s aggression was more individual, so we were able to pick them off easily compared to pro100, who had a more synchronised way of going about things and made it difficult to take favourable trades.

TE: Anything you would like to say to your fans in India and all over the world? Any shoutouts?

ZipZip: Big shoutout to DreamHack and India. All the people here have been so kind to us; to the South African community supporting us from back home. Big shoutout to the sponsors and Goliath Gaming.

mango: Shoutout to my parents for allowing me to come here and support me in my gaming endeavours.

adaro: Big shoutout to my Mom and my brother – my two biggest fans. Also, to the Indian community. You guys have been very welcoming. Would love to come again.

SloWye: I would like to shoutout my teammates for always being there for me. Shoutout to the Indian community for making us feel welcome here. You guys have been amazing.

LighteRTZ: Shoutout to the Indian community. I have my own in Durban. All the samosas – love it. Shoutout to Goliath Gaming and everyone who helped us get here. Shoutout to Big5, my organisation. A big shoutout to my family and everyone in South Africa.

massacRe: It’s been great here; the people, the food has been amazing. I have never experienced it before. Shoutout to my family and Goliath Gaming.

pro100 defeat YaLLa Esports to claim grand final spot |DreamHack Delhi

Pro100 beat YaLLa in the semi-finals with 16-4 in Vertigo and 16-12 in Inferno with YEKINDAR standing out as the match MVP dropping 50 frags across both maps.

In the final day of DreamHack Delhi 2019, the semi-finals kicked off with Pro100 taking on YaLLa Esports. Pro 100 picked Vertigo and YaLLa chose Inferno, Train was left for the decider. On paper, the map pool heavily favored Pro100 with analysts predicting a 2-0 victory for them.

MAP 1: Vertigo

Vertigo started with Pro100 on the offense, Dead and Remind picked up 2Ks each to be the first team to get on the board. YaLLa chose to go for a force buy in the 4th round but Pro100 made their way into the A site and got the plant when NickelBack killed 3 players to deny the retake. In the following round, wayLander picked off an ace with players rushing into his crosshairs with pistols. YaLLa Esports got their first round of the day in the next round when their players holding aggressive positions caught Pro100 players off-guard. dimasick and YEKINDAR were constantly getting entries into the sites which made the job much easier for Pro100 to build upon their hard work. Due to constant round losses, they never built a bank. YaLLa managed a full buy in the final round of the first half but Deadโ€™s failed jump gave the man an advantage to Pro100 for free and they made no mistake capitalizing on YaLLaโ€™s mistake to close the half (11-4).

Pro100 on the offense only needed 5 more rounds to win. YaLLa looked uncomfortable on Vertigo and the CIS team took every advantage of it. YaLLa rushed into the A site with glocks in the pistol round, although they managed to get the bomb planted but Pro100 were successful on a 3v3 retake to continue their winning streak.  YaLLa went for a force buy in the following round caught Pro100 players on multiple areas of the map and left YEKINDAR to clutch a 1v2 post plant situation, which he did by forcing both players to fight in a 1v1 situation, both which he won convincingly and had enough time to defuse the bomb.  In the 20th round, WorldEdit with the AWP went for a ramp peek and he got back with two kills in return, his teammates got the other YaLLa players across the map thus winning 10 rounds in a row to close the first map with a 16-2 scoreline.

MAP 2: Inferno

YaLLa claimed to be confident in Inferno where they started on the offense. 3ARKOOZโ€™s double entry in Banana helped the pistol round go in their favor. The force buy from Pro100 did major economic damage but didnโ€™t win the round for them. Pro100 came close to winning many rounds but  YaLLa were a steamroller, rushing into the sites and getting kills, their confidence was evident from their playstyle but only until the 7th round. The 7th round saw dimasick killing two players while WorldEdit and YEKINDAR killed one player each, YaLLa had no choice but to give the round up. YEKINDAR was firing from all cylinders as they dropped 30 bombs in the entire match and his first 3K shut down the A site take from YaLLa single-handedly The second 3K from him came in the 13th round where he killed two players pushing in from mid and one rushing down from boiler. In the final round of the first half, wayLander flanked YaLLa pushing through banana and caching players rushing in mid which got him a 3K of his own and close the first half with an 8-7 scoreline.

YaLLa put up a better fight than they did in the first map, despite Inferno being CT sided, they managed to win 7 rounds on the offense. Pro 100 went for a fast A short play in the pistol round where they managed to get a plant and put 3ARKOOZ in a  1v2 clutch situation which he won. YaLLa converted an eco with Five-Sevens and CZs in the 19th round which they won and took the lead for the first time in the second half. wayLander brought Pro100 back on board in the following round with a double entry towards banana and broke the bank for YaLLa. The eco from them in the next round gave wayLander a 3Kand equalized the scoreline 10-10, while the third 3K from YEKINDAR came in the 26th round to win the round as well as reach match and series point. Kheops showed little hope of a comeback as he grabbed killed 3 players coming into the B site given the fact that they only had two guns to play with in that round. YaLLa went for a fast A play to win and got the man advantage in while Pro100 player quickly rotated to mid and traded effectively to close the map with a 16-12 scoreline as they advance to the finals.

‘Our main goal in 2020 is to qualify for the Major and the ESL Pro League finals’ – ANGE1 | HellRaisers – DreamHack Delhi

We had a chance to sit down and talk to Kirill ‘ANGE1’ Karasiow at DreamHack Delhi about their new HellRaisers lineup, the recent changes, SG553 and the CIS scene in general.

TE: This is a new lineup for HellRaisers. If you guys win it all here, this will be your first event win with the new lineup. You guys are the favourites. How important is it for you guys to win the event?

ANGE1: Tournaments like these are key for teams to gain confidence. We are a new lineup and winning DreamHack Delhi will put us on the right path for 2020.

TE: The results have been far from ideal so far for the current roster. What is your main goal as a team going into 2020?

ANGE1: Our main goal is to qualify for the Major and go to ESL Pro League Finals.

TE: Every Major, we see a deep run from at least one CIS team. Yet, they flow under the radar every time. Why is the scene underrated?

ANGE1: I think the CIS scene is no underrated. There are teams like NaVi fighting for top places but there are also ones who are very inconsistent after good performances at the Major.

TE: What do you think is the main reason behind this pattern in the CIS scene?

ANGE1: Probably, motivation. Major is the greatest motivation for players and the CIS teams prepare much harder for he Major compared to other events.

TE: You mentioned NaVi earlier. They have failed to win a Major despite being consistently in the Top 5 at HLTV Rankings. NaVi recently underwent a change, with Boombl4 becoming the new IGL. What do you think of their current roster and how do you think Boombl4 will be able to handle things?

ANGE1: This lineup is promising. Boombl4 will need at least a year to get used to the Tier-1 scene and he will grow with the team together. But, they are going about it the right way, taking the right decisions.

TE: Talking about India, what do you think the Indian scene needs to grow?

ANGE1: I think they need more tournaments like these to get more experience under their belt. I saw the Indian team playing and they were doing well. They just need to cut down some mistakes and mostly experience.

TE: How do you feel about the SG553 meta, the recent economy changes and what should Valve do in your opinion to make it more balanced?

ANGE1: It doesn’t change too much. For example, in Dota2, they just revamped the game in essence, with such a big update. In CSGO, there are little changes and I feel it is now nearly perfect. Krieg though, is still OP. Maybe, increasing the price to $3300 or $3500 should do the trick.

TE: Anything you would like to add and say to your fans?

ANGE1: Shoutout to the fans here in India and the people who made this tournament possible.

‘Our main aim is to win the CIS Minor’ – Yekindar | pro100 – DreamHack Delhi

TE: This is your first time visiting India. How have you found the weather, the culture and everything else so far in this country?

YEKINDAR: It is very different from what I saw. I am from Latvia and we have a completely different culture and in Russia as well for them. People here are more friendly and open, I was walking out of the hotel and people were smiling at me and saying hi and all that stuff thats really nice to hear in the rough rough morning , it really helps.

TE: You guys have qualified for the semi finals, but you faced a small hiccup period with Orgless Five winning a map against you, what did you make of your Indian opposition?

YEKINDAR: well actually i think we should have won that map against Orgless Five because mostly they are not actually a proper team, they are a mix of players right. We made a lot of mistakes and they played off it. Mistakes were mostly because of people not feeling comfortable on lan, thats something that always happens and then we got comfortable with ourselves. We knew like okay we have to make ourselves comfortable and after that loss we went up against Goliath Gaming and won the both maps as expected.

wayLander: To be fair, they surprised us a little bit.

TE: What are your minimum expectations going into the Final Day at DreamHack Delhi?

YEKINDAR: Our main expectation now is that we go to the finals, probably most of us think we are going to face YaLLa Esports; they are mix of players but now they play more as a team and I think we can win the semi finals and qualify for the finals and then we are gonna meet probably HellRaisers. We haven’t played them in the CIS region so we don’t know what to expect but I believe it is like 50-50. I hope we win.

TE: You have gone through a lot of roster changes in 2019. Is this the roster that you are going into 2020 with? What goals have you set for 2020?

YEKINDAR: This is the roster that is gonna play for at least 2020 and our minimum expectation is to qualify for a major and winning a minor. That is what mostly we are aiming at. I think the minor will be in May or march and we just aim to win.

TE: Also every major we see a CIS team go to a deep run in the major and surprise people but they are still underrated, what do you make of that?

YEKINDAR: When you are underrated the enemy team is more relaxed, they are not expecting something that could happen and the CIS teams use that. They don’t expect us to play so good and when we win, its like ‘sorry for them’.

TE: Anything you would like to say to the fans, any shoutouts?

pro100: First of all, thank you to DreamHack for the invite and thanks to all the Indian fans for coming here, making us feel welcome and cheer us on.

‘I guess we are still finding our game’ – scoobyxie | HellRaisers – DreamHack Delhi

We sat down with the HellRaisers lineup to talk about DreamHack Delhi, their lineup, results, expectations and more.

TE: This is your first time in India, How do you feel? What are your first impressions?

scoobyxie: So, its pretty good here where the tournament is held, but outside it is unusual for us. For the European people, the traffic is heavy but actually its pretty good here.

TE: This is a new lineup. You guys have been together for around 3 months now but the results have not been quite convincing. What are your expectations from this event?

scoobyxie: It has been hard for us; sometimes we do well against better teams but sometimes we lose to some lower level teams. I guess we are still finding our game, but this is our tournament to win here for sure. We are here to win. I guess it will give us some confidence.

TE: You guys are the clear favourites to win DreamHack? How important is it for you to win this tournament under this new lineup?

scoobyxie: It is pretty important for us. We haven’t won anything together still, it will be a great beginning.

TE: CIS Teams have produced some brilliant runs in Majors and Big tournaments, Yet, what is it about these CIS teams that they are still underrated?

scoobyxie: CIS teams are always underrated at the Major events; 2 or 3 teams come through to the main qualifiers because of our great individual skills. CIS teams don’t play as the same style like the European teams. But, everyone is like everytime shocked but idk why but skill wise they are great but tactical wise as well

TE: Any messages or shoutouts that you would want to give?

scoobyxie: Shoutout to everyone who has cheered for us, shoutout to Hellraisers, shoutout to 1XBET

HellRaisers take down YaLLa in Day 2 of DreamHack Delhi CSGO invitational

Hellraisers beat YaLLa 2-0 in the final match of DreamHack CSGO Invitational Group B. They came into this matchup having already beaten Lucid Dreams earlier. YaLLa picked Mirage while HellRaisers picked Nuke which they also did against Lucid Dreams.

MAP 1: Mirage

HellRaisers started YaLLaโ€™s map pick on the defensive side, after winning the pistol round, they punished the force buy from YaLLa by stopping their fast A rush. Upon which YaLLa had eco in 3rd round where they decided to go for a mid take but Flaric was there to mow them down as he picked up a 3K. HellRaisers went 4-0 up before YaLLa were able to crack their defense with an eco. Remind and 3AKAROOZ hit some insane shots with the Deagle in the A bombsite to get their first round. The Yalla steamroller didnโ€™t stop until the 10th round when ANGE1 showed up with a 3K shut down their plans to capture the B bombsite. In the 12th round YaLLa planned for an A site execute but a two piece from both ANGE1 and scoobyxie shut them before they could enter the site. They managed to get a hold of the A bombsite in the final round of the first half, but they didnโ€™t check Flaric hiding behind the ticket booth, who swung out to grab the two players all on his own and closed the first half with a 10-5 scoreline favoring HellRaisers.

HellRaisers only needed 6 rounds in the second half to win the first map. They went for a fast connecter to A split play with another player coming from aps. They managed to get aย  two-man advantage but Dead managed to get two quick kills to level things and YaLLa complemented on his hard work and found the rest of the players to win the round. In the following round, 3AKAROOZ grabbed a 3K from against a hard eco from HellRaisers. 19th round saw every YaLLa player get 1 kill each to grab their 8th round. 3AKAROOZ and Dead partnered up to get 2 kills each to level the score 10-10. But HellRaisers bounced back in the following round off the back of a 3K from nukkye. This map went to the distance of all 30 rounds and in the final round ANGE1 and nukkye picked up 2 players each to win the map by the skin of their teeth with a 16-14 scoreline.

HellRaisers clean sweep Lucid Dream in Day 2 of DreamHack Delhi 2019

Day 2 of DreamHack Delhi saw the tournament favorites HellRaisers face off Thai powerhouse Lucid Dream. Lucid Dream picked Vertigo essentially planning for a PUG style match-up but the reality was far from that.

MAP 1: Vertigo (Lucid Dream’s Pick)

Lucid Dream started their map pick on the offensive side, going for a fast B stairs play they got shut down by 2K from both Flaich and ANGE1. Lucid Dream went for A ramp push with glocks and Hellraisers had no issues shutting them without losing a single man. Guns came out for Lucid Dream in the 3rd round as they went for a similar A ramp play but despite having a upper hand against HellRaisers in terms of firepower they mad no mistakes to shut them down, thanks to a 2K picked up by scoobyxie which slowed down their initial pace. Lucid Dream were choosing to go for a contact play on the A ramp time and time again but Hellraisers read them like a book each time. A tactical timeout was called for Lucid Dream after the 8th round after which they took an eco and decided to go for a B ramp play, which they brought down to a 3v3 situation, the three player left alive were effective in trading out the kills to deny the retake and grab their first round on the board. HellRaisers got back on board in the following round with a retake on the B site off the back of smart utility usage from the players. Lucid Dream took an eco a went for a A ramp rush yet again which scooby took no time shut it down with a 4K. Lucid Dream managed their second and last round in the first half picking up kills all across the map, keeping four men alive. HellRaisers made no mistake in the final round of the first half, 2K from nukkye and scooby secured a 13-2 half in favor of Hellraisers.

HellRaisers put a stark end to the miseries of Lucid Dreams, they started their offense with a quick stair play. nukkye got the entry into the site popping the head off PTR and followed up with a 2K and scooby picked up a 2K of his own to grab the pistol round. Lucid Dream had upgraded pistols in the following rounds as they stacked up the A. Hellrasiers walked into the site but LD were sharp on their Deagles as they bring things down to a 2v4 situation in favor of Lucid Dreams, leaving only Flarich and nukkye alive. nukkye picked up a 3K, while Flraich got traded bringing things down into a 1v1 situation post plant situation which nukkye dealt with ease to close the map 16-2.

MAP 2: Nuke

HellRaisers started their map on the offensive side, a split play into the A site from garage and cabin saw ANGE1 and Flarich pick up two kills each to secure the pistol round for them. In the following round, they rushed into the A site after the 1-minute mark and lost only two players as they walked into a stack but got their 2nd round on board. Lucid Dream got their first round on the board in the 3rd round when they punished their ramp and outer split. Lucid Dream looked sharper on Nuke than their own map pick.  Once they took their first-round, they kept building upon it until HellRaisers took a timeout to figure things out. The timeout did the trick for the CIS organization, they got back on the board again with an outer player. The outer push lured out a defender from the A site and ramp room, the heavy outside rotations enabled the rest of the team to push in from behind, Lucid Dream quickly realized what was happening as they fell back into their original position, HellRaisers quickly rotated back to A which allowed them to get hold of the site much easily. They built upon this round until the end of the half to close it with a 9-6 scoreline, which was a much respected scoreline for Lucid Dream considering how the first map went.

Although Nuke is considered CT sided, HellRaisers managed to go on the CT side, with 3 rounds lead. They built upon it with a pistol round victory and two more rounds on the follow up. Lucid Dream had their first full buy on the third round which they executed with a ramp room push to get their first round of their T side. But HellRaisers were a step ahead of Luicid Dream in the following round where they held aggressive angles to take out the players one by one, they continued this streak fore three more rounds before Lucid Dream aggressively push ramp room and take the B site to bring the momentum back in their favor, not before HellRaisers reached match and series point. Flaric stood out as their best player with 25 Kills and 1.43 rating. Lucid Dreamโ€™s hope was alive for only 2 more rounds but in 4th round, a successful retake from HellRaisers closed the map with a 16-10 scoreline.ย
