Los Angeles, CA (March 21, 2022) — FaZe Clan, the lifestyle and media platform rooted in gaming and youth culture, is excited to collaborate again with Manchester City by launching a merchandise pop-up event in Manchester, the UK featuring some of FaZe Clan’s most popular members and Manchester City talent. 

The FaZe Clan x Manchester City pop-up event marks the first international FaZe Clan pop-up and will feature new co-branded merchandise products including a hoodie, jersey, shorts, snapback hat as well as special appearances from FaZe Clan talent FaZe Nate Hill, FaZe Teeqo, FaZe Swagg, FaZe JSmooth, FaZe Santana, FaZe Mew, FaZe Virus, FaZe Bizzle, FaZe Replays and Manchester City talent to be announced.

During their time in the UK, FaZe Clan talent will capture content and attend the Manchester City vs. Liverpool game. 

The pop-up event, which is located at City Square at Etihad Stadium, will open from 2 pm on April 9 and will feature a range of gaming activations, prize giveaways, meet & greets, and much more.

The event will be open to FaZe Clan and Manchester City fans. Tickets to the pop-up will be available here later this week with further details to be announced.

This announcement builds on FaZe Clan’s already successful partnership with Manchester City, which has created new experiences for fans of both gaming and football (soccer) since its inception in 2019.

Throughout the partnership, Man City players, legends, and esports players have teamed up with FaZe Clan talent to create engaging content, launch limited-edition product collaborations, and have hosted each other at events in Manchester, Los Angeles and online such as the successful FaZe City Cup featuring Fortnite.

• Ability to travel to events and cover fees and expenses for non-EA Sports sponsored games

These are the requirements that will allow you to join the championship. But not so fast. All of these requirements will make you eligible for entering the championship. This doesn’t mean that you are guaranteed a spot in the competition.

There is a filtration system where EA opens up a competition where players play games with each other and win points. Once you reach enough Points you can enter the championship.

Points for Madden Championship Series are awarded in a different competition, such as any EA Majors, Challenge Events, Premier Events, and more.

Madden Club Championship

Here participants are allowed to pick one of the 32 NFL teams and compete throughout the tournament without being able to change. Competitions are played on Madden Ultimate Team, Champions, and Salary Cup just to be able to rise through the online leaderboards.

The best player from each NFL team’s group moves on to the next round in a single-elimination tournament.

Madden Classic

This is a single-elimination tournament where 512 players participate. Games are played in head-to-head mode and they are able to choose different teams for each round.

Madden Challenge

This is another single-elimination tournament with the same number of competitors where games are played on MUT Draft mode.

Last Chance Qualifier

If you missed all your previous changes, this is the time to climb back up. This is a double-elimination tournament with 128 players competing for a hot spot in the tournament.

The ultimate prize of the tournament is a quarter of a million dollars which makes it one of the most prestigious sports video championship events in the world. 

The Ultimate Madden Bowl 22 finished on February 8, with Henry Champion beating Wesley and getting the 1^st place: $250,000. Henry became the first player to win two years in a row.
