Why Kobe was a synonym to CSGO grenade kill

With a scintillating 20-year NBA career all with the Lakers and being adjudged as a “fierce competitor” by Michael Jordan from Chicago Bulls, with heavy hearts we bid farewell to Kobe Bryant after he lost his life in a helicopter crash which even saw his daughter perish in the same as well. We at TalkEsport are in grief and do pay respects to his family and loved ones.

With this news, basketball players and the fans across the globe do mourn the loss of the Bryant Family but along with it the CS:GO community do pay their respects as well. Of course, some of us would have this question: What does the CS:GO community got to do behind the Veteran’s sad demise? The sole answer is, Have you ever landed a HE Grenade with a pitch-perfect trajectory and got the frag of the opponent? Yes, that does mean it my friend. We all are familiar with Kobe Bryant’s perfect Dunks and how precise they would be every time when he would go for them. His scrupulous freestyles and Arm movements always assisted him to land a perfect Dunk and score for his team. Kobe’s perfect dunks and our attempts to land a perfect HE Grenade in order to deal heavy damage to the opponents in a CS:GO PUG/ Competitive match are so similar as both of the preferences qualify the same objective: Help our team to have an upper hand with an advantage. This phenomenon is always witnessed when someone kills his opponent with a frag grenade and shouts with his guts, “KOBEEEEE”.
