Krafton India Esports Bans 13 BGIS 2024 Teams in Its Third Ban Wave

Krafton India Esports has once again taken decisive action to uphold the integrity and fairness of the Battlegrounds Mobile India Series (BGIS) 2024. In a recent Instagram post made on the first day of Round 2, just one day after the conclusion of Round 1, the organization announced the disqualification of 13 teams from the tournament due to violations of its competition rules. This marks the third ban wave in the ongoing BGIS 2024, following previous instances of similar actions taken to maintain the sanctity of the competition.

Krafton India Esports Takes Action Against 13 More Teams for BGIS 2024 Violations

The statement released by Krafton India Esports expressed regret over the necessity of disqualifying certain teams but reaffirmed the organization’s dedication to upholding the highest standards of integrity and fairness in competitive gaming. The violations cited in this latest ban wave include the use of unauthorized devices and engaging in ringing activities.

This latest ban wave follows two previous instances where Krafton India Esports took action against teams for violations of the tournament’s Code of Conduct/Ruleset. In those cases, the banned teams were found to have employed unauthorized software modifications and collaborated with players equipped with cheating devices, actions that undermine the spirit of fair competition and compromise the integrity of the game.

Following are the 13 banned teams from the third ban wave:

  1. INFLAME ESPORTS
  2. INFORM ESPORTS
  3. BLACK BULLS
  4. TEAM XPERT
  5. FLY HIGH
  6. TEAM TEASERS
  7. IPS ESPORTS
  8. NIXE ESPORTS
  9. TEAM FEARLESS FORCE
  10. EXCUSE ESPORTS
  11. CRINGE ESPORTS
  12. FEAR THE WRATH
  13. RUTHLESS ESPORTS

The use of unauthorized devices and engagement in ringing activities not only violate the rules set forth by Krafton India Esports but also jeopardize the integrity of the entire tournament.
