In a first, Bollywood star Tiger Shroff signed for gaming event ESPL

Esports Premier League 2021, a franchise-based tournament announced by India Today Gaming has signed Indian actor Tiger Shroff as brand ambassador. ESPL 201 is set to kick off on June 16th powered by Infinix smartphone as the title sponsor. 

ESPL 2021 has become the first-ever esports tournament to sign an Indian actor as the face of the tournament. With the increase in the number of viewership and players in the Indian esports community, this league has reached wider popularity across the country.

With this partnership, both parties aim to nurture an ecosystem that the Indian Esports industry has never seen before. Esports Premier League 2021 boasts a massive prize pool of Rs 25,00,000 and the glory to become the ESPL champions.

ESPL 2021 is a multi-city tournament presented by India Today Gaming, the gaming, and esports division of India Today Group. ESPL 2021 will run in an exclusive in-house esports platform launched by India Today Gaming. It is a three months long tournament that will comprise more than 700 matches and 300 hours of gaming content.
