Global Esports ventures into PUBG

Global Esports have been venturing into projects after projects. From acquiring a training facility in South Korea to signing multiple rosters in India, Global Esports have come along ever since.

Earlier this week, the organization signed a Dota 2 roster. Prior to Dota 2 squad, it’s CS:GO lineup went through a major overhaul since the Polish duo departed. Global Esports is also close to signing Matt “dayv1d” David, according to our sources. Matt has worked alongside Order, Avant Gaming and Counter Logic Gaming throughout his career.

Recent social media updates from their official handles also suggest that they could sign a Fortnite lineup ahead of $40M Fortnite World Cup. However, they have signed a four-man PUBG lineup and the players are quite well-received in the Indian PUBG circuit:

  • Vishal ‘AMF’ Shah
  • Karan ‘Gr1MO’ Puri
  • Himadri ‘Roy’ Roy
  • Shubham ‘Saddieboy’ Parth

It would be interesting to see what this roster brings on the table in upcoming tournaments. Indian scene will be witnessing plenty of PUBG events in the months to follow as IGZ and several others have stepped up to deliver.
