Popular video game streamer Disguised Toast has received a temporary ban from the streaming platform Twitch today for ‘Unmoderated Hateful Conduct’ during his live stream.Â
While the exact reason behind his ban hasn’t been made clear by Twitch, the streamer suspects that it might be the result of one of his old Twitch clips showing a toxic player using the F-slur on him.
Disguised Toast Twitch Ban
Toast informed his fans regarding the ban in a Tweet today.
“Got a temp ban from Twitch,” he said. “Not a big deal since I don’t usually stream there but does mean I have to avoid playing with any friends streaming for a few days.”
The ban shouldn’t cause many inconveniences to Toast since he primarily streams on Facebook Gaming. The OfflineTV star had signed an exclusive deal with Facebook Gaming after he rose to fame through his Hearthstone streams. His fellow Twitch streamers, however, won’t be able to play with him for a while due to the Twitch policies restricting streamers to play with banned users.
The exact duration of this temporary ban isn’t clear as of yet.Â
