Vitality survives a tricky MOUZ side to reach the Grand Finals of the BLAST.tv Austin Major. By far the best team of the year, Vitality will have a shot at sealing the season, having won all the big trophies.

Despite going into an early lead, MOUZ could not hold onto it, leading to Vitality posting a streak of rounds to close the first half with a massive lead and an 8-4 scoreline. While MOUZ did try to make a comeback, trading rounds for a while saw Vitality close out the map with a 13-8 scoreline. With a 1.81 IR, ropz snatched away an early lead from his former organisation.
Map 2:Inferno; Pick: Vitality; Winner: MOUZ
Total domination to begin the map saw MOUZ completely steamroll Vitality, leading to them swapping sides with an unbelievable scoreline of 11-1. Vitality’s futile attempts at a comeback did not last long, given MOUZ wasted no time in closing out the map. While the game was dominated by torzsi, the stunning could be attributed to a fascinating team effort.
Map 3: Train; Pick: Decider; Winner: Vitality
Following a crushing defeat on Inferno, Vitality managed to return the favour with a rock-solid defence of their own on Train. MOUZ were not allowed anything more than 2 rounds, leading to them entering the second half with an insurmountable deficit. They pulled in a few rounds early on. Vitality closed the map with a 13-6 scoreline to book a spot in the Grand Finals.
MOUZ’s stage woes continue, and once again, they fall to a familiar foe. Vitality, on the other hand, are on touching distance of the trophy and facing them in the finals with be one of the two most inexperienced teams. As things stand, Austin Major is all set to be Vitality’s Major.
