Rainbow 6: Siege amongst other games announced under BYOC/BYOD at Dreamhack Delhi 2019

Dreamhack India recently announced the games that will be played under the BYOC/BYOD section of the event. The event is being held from December 6-8 at the NSIC Exhibition Ground, OKHLA.

BYOC Stands for Bring your own Computer while BYOD stands for Bring your own DEVICE (new section owing to surge in mobile gaming).

One of the newest entrants to the PC pro gaming scene in India is Rainbow Six: Siege, which was played at the recently concluded Rainbow Six Siege India series which saw 4 teams battle out at a LAN event in Hyderabad for a prize pool of INR 2,00,000.

Dreamhack has now announced that Rainbow Six Siege will be part of the BYOC section of the event.

Tournament date:

7th December – 1st Tournament
8th December – 2nd Tournament

1st Place: ₹20,000
2nd Place: ₹10,000

Format: 5v5, BO1 Single Elimination& Finals BO3

Apart from Rainbow Six Siege, the other games announced under the BYOC section are:

  • Counter Strike: Global Offensive
  • Counter Strike 1.6
  • League of Legends
  • DOTA 2
  • Dota Underlords
  • Rocket League

For the first time in India, Dreamhack Delhi introduces BYOD (Bring Your Own Devices). Just like BYOC, the gamers can come in with their mobile phones and consoles and play their hearts out for three days.

The games announced under BYOD are:

  • Mobile Legends Bang Bang
  • FIFA 20
  • Clash Royale
  • Dota Underlords
  • Brawl Stars
  • Rocket League
