LOS ANGELES – June 15, 2021 – The first-ever, all virtual E3 2021 culminated with the Official E3 2021 Awards Show, as Forza Horizon 5 from Microsoft Game Studios was named the Most Anticipated Game of E3 2021.

The Official E3 2021 Awards Show winners were selected from all the games showcased during the four-day live E3 2021 broadcast that began on Saturday, June 12. FC Schalke traded their LEC spot for €30M to Team BDS

Financially tapped out European Football club Schalke 04 have officially exited League Of Legends Esports. In addition, they have reportedly sold their LEC (League of Legends European Championship) spot to Swiss side Team BDS for a total sum of 30 million Euros. 

Schalke 04 who were recently relegated to the Division 2 of the Bundesliga, a professional football circuit played on an annual basis, have found themselves in a financial crisis. Amid the ongoing global Coronavirus pandemic, it seems to have taken a great toll on the current sports teams across the globe with a bleak number of sponsors willing to invest towards the growth of the same. 

The German Football club seemed to be helpless as they decided to call quits on their League Of Legends Esports Operations and placed their LEC franchise on the sell-out list. Swiss Esports Organization Team BDS have reportedly completed the acquisition of FC Schalke 04’ LEC spot for a total sum of 30 Million Euros ($36M USD approx). This deal has profited the football club for over 22M Euros after they previously bought the EU LCS Summer 2016 seed for just €8M. This has also been the European side’s equal fourth-highest record transaction, where they earlier had traded Manuel Neuer to Bayern Munich for €30M. 

FC Schalke 04 League Of Legends team never found their place at the top of the scene but were instead called out to be a consistent team. Their best placings were at the LEC Summer and Regional Finals in 2019 where they consecutively finished third.

Krafton Inc. has already released the early access to Battlegrounds Mobile India for the country where selective players can gain access to the game on a first come first serve basis. If you have an Android device, you can enroll to test the game.

Krafton will release the final version of the game soon. iOS users will only be able to play once the final version get released.

List of changes in Battlegrounds Mobile India

  • BGMI players won’t get players from all over the world. Only Indian players will be able to play the game.
  • The game will be getting region-specific tournaments. Therefore, players won’t be able to compete worldwide.
  • Battlegrounds Mobile India will get an OTP authentication feature. In addition, the same phone number can be used for a maximum of 10 accounts.
  • You will get warnings and disclaimers in-game.
  • “India ka Battlegrounds” is the name of the launch week event. This event will let you win a permanent purple outfit.
  • Players who are under 18, won’t be able to play more than 3 hours in a day and can only spend up to INR 7000.
  • After getting killed, it will show “finished” instead of “killed”.
  • You can choose between light green, dark green, and yellow as the hit color. There is no red option.

Krafton Inc. has released the early access to Battlegrounds Mobile India for the country where selective players can gain access to the game on a first come first serve basis.

Many slots are being opened on a regular basis and players can enroll in the testing phase to enter the process. The old PUBG Mobile accounts are being migrated to Battlegrounds Mobile India and here are all the details about this transfer.

PUBG Mobile was a big hit in India and many players in the country had invested heavily in this game. The value of skins and other cosmetic items, UC and more ranged in a few thousand dollars for many and hence, one of the most important questions was “Will players get their old accounts back.” The answer is clear now as Krafton has added a data migration process through which, the entire data of old accounts is being transferred to the database of Battlegrounds Mobile India.

This transfer mainly includes character details, the inventory, and other information linked to each in-game ID but few exemptions are made as well. The data transfer is unevenly distributed but the developers have provided complete information on what is being transferred and what is neglected.

Players can use their Facebook or Twitter ID which was linked to PUBG Mobile to get their old accounts back in Battlegrounds Mobile India. They need to create a new account first and then accept the data migration prompt which enables all the transfers.

Things like in-game friends, social circles, and clans are not transferred. Old rank information and the settings like sensitivity and HUD which were saved on the cloud are non-transferable as well. You can check all the sections included above to get detailed information.

How to do the data transfer?

  1. Agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service that are shown when you first log into the game.
  2. A new character is created.
  3. When the pop-up appears asking if you want to proceed with the data transfer, select ‘Agree’.
  4. After selecting ‘Agree’, another window will appear and you can select from which SNS account in the Prior App you want to use to transfer data to the new account in the New App.
  5. Once again, there will be a window asking if you want to transfer the data from the Prior App SNS account, and you should select ‘Agree’.
    • If you have selected the wrong SNS account by mistake, you can add or modify the linked account later from the settings within the game > basic menu. (allowed to link up to 2 SNS accounts at once)
  6. A message indicating that the data from the Prior App SNS account has been successfully transferred to the new account in the New App should pop up if the data transfer was a success.

Valorant Test Servers Announced

In case the Year One event announcement ahead of the Episode 3 release wasn’t enough to satisfy Valorant fans, Riot Games had one more surprise packed for players of the tactical shooter. 

Through a Tweet posted on June 17th, Riot confirmed the upcoming PBE servers for the title that’s set to arrive soon. For the unaware, PBE is a test environment where Valorant players can try out new changes to the game ahead of the release of an actual patch in the live servers. 

“Simply put, our bi-weekly patch cadence could use some extra help to identify bugs and evaluate stability before we lockdown what stays and goes into our patches,” the devs said in a blog post. “This includes Agent and weapon balance, game systems, competitive, and the other updates that are usually captured in our Patch Notes.”

Players participating in the PBE will be able to report any bugs they identify to the Valorant PBE Subreddit. This will likely result in a much more stable environment when the changes hit the live servers. 

Riot has confirmed that the Valorant test environment will begin from July 9, 2021. Only a limited number of players will be able to participate in the PBE. 

For starters, the PBE will be available only to North American Valorant accounts. Players can go to the sign up page to receive further instructions.

The devs have also stated that the PBE servers will be “selectively available” instead of being active 24/7.

“The VALORANT PBE will be open over one weekend before each new patch, two weekends prior to the normal Tuesday live date,” Riot confirmed. “This is where selected North American VALORANT accounts can jump in, test proposed changes, and mention bugs in the dedicated VALORANT PBE subreddit.”
