VCT APAC Stage 2 Challengers Playoffs: All You Need To Know

With the conclusion of the Skyesports Champions Series, we have our last two teams for Stage 2 Valorant Champions Tour APAC Challengers from South Asia Region. The tournament starts on 9th June and spans 18 days, concluding on 26th June, and with it, we would get the two representatives of the APAC region for the VCT Masters 2: Copenhagen.

The APAC region consists of eight minor regions: Malaysia/Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Oceania, South Asia, and Hong Kong/Taiwan. Each region has had a grueling qualifier and has sent three or two of its best teams to APAC Challengers, and Oceania is the only region with one team.

The tournament can be divided into three stages; Play-ins, Group Stage, and Playoff.

The play-ins would have eight lower-seeded teams from the regions, divided into two groups of four. The four teams would then play in a double-elimination bracket where two teams would qualify for the Group Stage.
