T1 Signs xccurate for the 2024 VCT Season

In a recent turn of events, xccurate, renowned as the sibling of Paper Rex’s star player f0rsakeN, has officially joined T1’s Valorant roster for the upcoming 2024 VCT season. This move comes after xccurate expressed a desire to return to professional gaming, inspired by his younger brother’s performance in the Valorant Champions 2023 Grand Finals.

Kevin “xccurate” Susanto, previously known for his significant contributions in CSGO, has been relatively quiet in the Valorant scene. However, his association with T1 had been a topic of speculation, which has now been confirmed. His commitment to T1 extends until 2025, as per the VCT contract database.

Joining xccurate are two other prominent players: Lee “k1Ng” Seung-won, a Korean veteran with a history in the original Vision Strikers team, and Ham “iZu” Woo-joo, a young talent who made waves in the Japanese Valorant scene with team Jadeite.

xccurate boasts a rich CSGO history, having attended two majors with Tyloo and reaching the New Legends stage of the 2018 London Major. On the other hand, k1Ng was a part of the Vision Strikers roster that achieved a staggering 102-match winning streak. iZu, despite being relatively new, has already showcased his prowess by leading Jadeite to the Grand Finals in the Challenger Regular Season.

With xccurate’s entry into T1 and f0rsakeN’s established presence in Paper Rex, fans can eagerly anticipate a sibling rivalry in the Pacific League, marking a first in VCT history.

In conclusion, T1’s revamped roster for the 2024 VCT season promises intense matches and potential rivalries, ensuring an exciting year for Valorant enthusiasts.
