Here are the patch notes for CS:GO’s OCT. 6 update

A new update has been rolled out by the csgo developers on October 6, containing additions to grenade statistics and translations.
Around 15 MB in size, update version 1.37.3.9 contains added match statistics for grenades and translations.

The users though, are waiting for a fix for the stutter and freeze bug wherein the game completely freezes for a second or two. It has been reported by thousands on Reddit and by users with different brands of chipsets, ruling out a compatibility issu.
