In a deleted Tweet, Hishiko shared the screenshots of the messages sent by Gabi during the game. Gabi was quick to acknowledge his mistakes while asking for her forgiveness.

“i’m sorry I offended you. just wanted to have a cool and chill pubs but u and pango wont stop talkshitting bout each other i’m just annoyed thats why i said it. mybad,” replied Gabbi in his Tweet.

Looks like Gabi has made his peace with Hishiko after an apology Tweet. Professional players like Gabbi are usually looked upon as role models for upcoming players.

In one of my ranked games yesterday, I displayed wrong behavior towards one player in the opposing team. I made sexist remarks, which I now understand are totally not acceptable. Regardless of the situation, no one should display toxic behavior inside and outside the game. Moreover, professional players should always set an example to their fans and followers. I sincerely apologize to Hishioka and to the rest of the Dota 2 community. I will use this experience to become a better person.

Their actions serve as an inspiration for fans, and not just Gabbi, every professional player should be attentive towards their actions as their smallest moves might be misinterpreted.

Demeaning someone in any game is not something to be taken lightly, getting heated up and abusive comments coming out from frustration is understandable yet something to be careful to avoid unnecessary clashes.
