Dallas Fuel and Boston Uprising Swap Players in Overwatch League Trade

DALLAS (April 2, 2018) – The Dallas Fuel and the Boston Uprising announced a trade that will bring offtank/flex player Lucas “NotE” Meissner to the Fuel and send offtank/flex player Richard “rCk” Kanerva to the Uprising.

Both players will be eligible to compete with their new teams for the start of Stage 2 of the 2019 Overwatch League season.

NotE was a member of the Uprising’s inaugural Overwatch League roster, which was the first team to go undefeated in a stage.

In addition to playing with the Uprising, NotE competed for Team Canada in the 2018 Overwatch Would Cup. rCk joined the Dallas Fuel in November 2018, after previously leading Team Gigantti to two top four finishes in Overwatch Contenders Europe.

The Dallas Fuel open Stage 2 of the 2019 Overwatch League season in a matchup with the Toronto Defiant on Saturday, April 13.
