CSGO: guerri to step in for Furia at cs_summit 5

Furia have announced that coach Nicholas “guerri” Nogueira will act as a stand-in in cs_summit 5 in all the matches that HEN1 is unable to play due to visa issues.

“Unfortunately, we can’t have our important player HEN1 at the CS_Summit,” FURIA said. “The athlete is in Brazil renewing his visa. In his place, we will have the best coach-player in the world, guerri.”

Guerri played Counter-Strike professionally. He has worked as an in-game leader for FURIA when team was playing in Brazil. In February 2018, Guerri was promoted to the head coach position.

This will be marked as the second time that guerri has to play. The 29-year-old helped FURIA win ESEA Season 31 Global Challenge in July when ex-player Rinaldo “ableJ” Moda was dealing with same issues.

HEN1 is expected to return for upcoming tournaments. Similar, issues are being faced by Mouseports’s Özgür “woxic” Eker which is being replaced by Niels Christian “NaToSaphiX” Sillassen.

FURIA is set to play their first match at cs_summit five tomorrow at 3pm CT against Virtus Pro. The $150,000 tournament also features teams like OG, MIBR, and G2.
