Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Announced – Activision Unveils New Chapter at June 9 Xbox Games Showcase

Call of Duty recently announced its much-awaited title- Call of Duty: Black Ops 6. It looks like the developers of the franchise- Activision has finally heard the prayers from players and fans alike. This announcement followed a series of teasers and leaks.

This announcement was made via Call of Duty’s official X handle. The caption read “A dark new chapter of the Black Ops franchise begins. Call of Duty: #BlackOps6.” The video attached to the post depicts a shield with 3 wolf heads. As evident by the replies to the post, this announcement has been successful in generating hype and excitement for the game.

While not much is revealed yet, Activision has confirmed the “first in-depth look at all-new gameplay and product announcements” to be on Sunday, June 9 at 10 AM PT after the Xbox Games Showcase. This is certainly something that you would not want to miss. Activision seems pretty confident as the world awaits the details of their upcoming title.

We did see some rumors that suggested the game be set during the Gulf War. Some have also suggested that the game has been in development for 2 years. This is a developing story and has raised a lot of questions that need to be answered at this moment. Hopefully, the in-depth look at the game on June 9 should put an end to all the queries.
