KRAFTON India has launched the BGMI Survivor League, a 30-day creator contest where fans play to push their favourite creator up the leaderboard. It started on October 18 and runs until November 17, 2026, with a ₹70 lakh prize pool split across all 50 creators.
The top creator takes home ₹12 lakh. Fans do not pay or stake money to join, and they earn in-game rewards for taking part.
BGMI Survivor League Dates, Prize Pool and Payouts
The full event runs as “The Final Mahayudh: Survivor League”. Here are the key numbers from KRAFTON India’s announcement.
| Detail | Information |
|---|---|
| Start date | October 18, 2026 |
| End date | November 17, 2026 |
| Switch window | Weekend of October 24 and 25 (expected) |
| Total prize pool | ₹70 lakh |
| First place | ₹12 lakh |
| Lowest payout | ₹50,000 |
| Creators | 50 |
| Combined reach | 69.7 million subscribers |
| Entry fee for fans | None |
Every one of the 50 creators gets paid, so no creator walks away empty-handed. The prize money goes to creators, while fans receive in-game rewards.
How Fans Earn Points for Their Creator
Fans pick one creator’s team inside BGMI. After that, every day of play counts.
Points come from two places: time spent playing and in-game missions completed each day. Those points add to the creator’s score, and the leaderboard updates every week.
This makes the contest a test of community size and activity, not just one creator’s skill. A creator with a smaller but very active fanbase can still climb past bigger names.
The Three Phases: Group Stage, The Switch and Grand Finale
The League runs in three phases.
| Phase | What happens |
|---|---|
| Group Stage | All 50 creators are ranked on one leaderboard, updated weekly |
| The Switch | Fans can move to another creator’s team and take their earned points with them |
| Grand Finale | Decides the final order among the top creators |
The Switch is where the leaderboard can change fast. A creator who loses fans also loses the points those fans earned, so expect creators to push hard on their streams that weekend.
KRAFTON India says final results will come after the event closes and scores are verified. No result date has been shared yet.
Creator Tiers and Who Is Taking Part
Creators are split into four tiers by subscriber count, but everyone competes on the same leaderboard. The top tier has five Elite creators with more than 4 million subscribers each.
At the other end are 22 rising creators with 100,000 to 500,000 subscribers. The remaining 23 creators sit in the two middle tiers.
KRAFTON India has not named the 50 creators in its announcement. Updates will appear on BGMI’s official Instagram and other social channels.
How the Survivor League Compares With Past Mahayuddh Seasons
This is the largest version of BGMI’s creator-versus-creator format so far. The 2025 edition, The Final Mahayuddh, ran from July 22 to August 19 with 20 creators, as Buzzincontent reported at the time.
| Edition | Creators | Duration | Prize pool disclosed |
|---|---|---|---|
| The Final Mahayuddh (2025) | 20 | July 22 to August 19 | No |
| Survivor League (2026) | 50 | October 18 to November 17 | ₹70 lakh |
Last year, fans scored through Chicken Dinners and match achievements. This year adds the weekly leaderboard, a published prize pool and the Switch window.
For scale, ₹70 lakh is a big sum for a creator event. Nebula Esports won ₹40 lakh for taking BGMS Season 5, which had a pool of over ₹1 crore for pro teams.
Is the BGMI Survivor League Real-Money Gaming?
No. KRAFTON India calls it a skill-based video game contest played within BGMI, and fans do not stake money or pay to enter.
That detail matters under India’s new rules. The Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025 and its 2026 rules separate esports and social games from real-money games, as covered in our explainer on India’s online gaming rules 2026.
What KRAFTON India Said
Srinjoy Das, Director, Marketing and BGMI Product Management at KRAFTON India, said the goal is to let fans shape where their creator finishes.
“The minutes a player puts in and the missions they complete each day add to a creator’s score, and for one weekend they can change sides and take their points along,” Das said. He added that “the final order will come from how the community plays.”
The League builds on KRAFTON India’s work with creators, who drive a lot of how players find and return to BGMI. It also sits alongside the company’s pro circuit, which includes BMPS 2026.
What Happens Next
The Switch weekend on October 24 and 25 is the next big moment. After that, the weekly standings will show which communities hold their fans.
The League closes on November 17, and KRAFTON India will announce the winner after verifying scores. We will update this page with the creator list and standings as they are shared.
