Subsequently, on September 13, NRG officially confirmed the departure of s0m, a veteran of their Valorant team for the past three years. They have parted ways with their Valorant player s0m, as he has decided to transition to streaming, adding to the ongoing roster changes in VCT Americas.

At the beginning of the offseason, Sam “s0m” Oh shared on his stream that he intended to prioritize streaming while remaining open to potential opportunities, hinting at a possible departure from NRG.

“I think for me personally, I saw this coming,” said s0m. “But it was kind of also my decision to step away.”
