Valorant patch 5.06 server downtime : When Will Valorant Servers Be Up?

0

On this day, September 20, 2022, the Valorant servers will be taken offline for a short period of time in order to install the upcoming 5.06 patch update.

This will be the second patch that will be applied to Episode 5 Act 1 when it is finally released. The changes that will be implemented on the live servers as a result of this upgrade are not particularly significant.

The following times, as specified on the official page for the status of the Valorant servers, are those during which the shooter’s clients will be disabled:

It is anticipated that the servers will be out for at least a few hours. If the maintenance schedule isn’t followed, gamers may have to wait longer to access Valorant.

Patch 5.06 for Valorant will not contain many new features, according to Riot Games. Two of the patch’s highlights are modifications to Stinger and the ChronoVoid bundle.

The following is a rundown of the alterations that were made to the Stinger during the most recent round of testing on the Public Beta Environment:

1. Primary Fire error adjusted from 1.6 error after seven bullets >>> 1.3 error after six bullets

2. Our goal for the Stinger is to feel controllable and appropriately lethal at short ranges, but currently, even in close quarters, it can feel out of control. Lowering the top spread should make it feel more reliable at the appropriate range once you’ve overcome the learning curve of the recoil.

3. Alt Fire first shot error adjusted from .5 >>> .35

4. For an option that’s about being more accurate, it felt like the first shot had more variance than we’d like, especially at the ranges you’d want to use the burst fire mode

In addition, the ChronoVoid skin line will be released into the wild. The total cost of the skins will be 8700 Valorant Points. Each individual pistol is anticipated to cost a total of 2175 VP, whilst the A Quo melee weapon is anticipated to cost a total of 4350 VP.

The following firearms are going to be included in the skin line:

1. ChronoVoid Phantom

2. ChronoVoid Vandal

3. Terminus A Quo (melee)

4. ChronoVoid Sheriff

5. ChronoVoid Judge

6. ChronoVoid Card

7. ChronoVoid Spray

8. ChronoVoid Gun Buddy

In a recent Valorant dev blog, Riot Games announced Cypher buffs and Chamber and Fade nerfs. However, it is not yet clear whether these modifications are intended for version 5.06 or a patch that will be released later.

  • Brazil: 06:00 PDT
  • Europe: 20:00 PDT
  • Korea: 14:00 PDT

How To Get VALORANT Mobile on Playstore

0

Ever since hints of a Valorant Mobile Game surfaced, the community has gone berserk thinking about the possibility of playing Valorant in your mobile phones. Yesterday, the internet was taken by surprise when screenshots of Valorant Mobile getting private tested on Google Play Store appeared.

Private Testing allows Google accounts with permission to access the beta and test it out before it drops for everyone. Popular mobile game data miner @DannyINTEL posted the screenshots on Twitter, followed up by a video showing how to access the private beta.

Valorant Mobile was teased way back but nothing as convincing as this surfaced in a long time. Now for sure we can assume that the game is close to completion and in a few months of time, we will be able experience the same on our mobile phones.

The private beta for obvious reasons is covered under a NDA, and as it read: “Thank you for joining the VALORANT Mobile F&F weekend! We’re excited to share the game with you! This is a work-in-progress prototype and you are under NDA to not share any information with anyone outside of Riot or the other F&F participants. Good Luck, have fun!“.

How to access Valorant Mobile page on Google Play Store

  1. Visit the settings of your Google Play settings.
  2. Navigate to the “Family” menu, then use the downward arrow button in order to increase the size of it.
  3. Tap on the “Parental controls” and then press the button that is next to ‘Parental controls have been turned off.’
  4. After that the message will appear prompting you to create an account number. Set a password and then confirm it by entering the PIN.
  5. Tap on ‘Apps & Games’ and then select the option to allow up to 7+ ratings’
  6. Click the Save button and then head the Google Play Store home screen.
  7. Once all the above steps are completed, tap on the following link: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.riotgames.valorant. This link will take you to the oficial Google Play Store page.

Form the many leaks, a Jett gameplay in Bind surfaced, where we get the first visual impression of how the game looks on the small screen. As convincing as it is, the game is still in its beta stages which means a lot of improvements will meet the game once it drops for the public.

Now that the beta has surfaced, it is safe to say that the full game will be a few months away and more such leaked content will make it to the us as time passes. With the game looking extremely good on mobile, Riot has a scope to build an esport out of it, given mobile games attract an equally large audience.

Brazil is the only country to win a world championship in Valorant, CS:GO, and R6

0

LOUD had defeated their most formidable adversary, a team that they had competed against six times already in only this year and had lost to in half of their previous encounters, and had put Brazil on the map of the Valorant world.

Brazil is the only country in the world to have won the most prestigious titles in all three of the most popular tactical shooters: Valorant, CS: GO, and Rainbow Six Siege, thanks to their triumph in the Valorant Champions 2022 tournament.

Gabriel “FalleN” Toledo, who was the leader of his squad, came into the CS: GO scene in 2016, which was dominated by Europe, as the ultimate underdog. However, he guided his team to back-to-back victories at the MLG Major Championship Columbus and the ESL One Cologne.

His squads for Luminosity and SK Gaming are considered to be among the most successful in the history of the Brazilian Counter-Strike. These rosters demonstrated that Brazil was completely capable of competing with the greatest teams from Europe and the United States of America.

Fans will also recall the reign of Marcelo “coldzera” David, a superstar fragger who FalleN assisted in guiding to the pinnacle of CS:GO competition. FalleN was instrumental in this accomplishment. He topped the HLTV rankings both in 2016 and 2017, earning him widespread acclaim as one of the greatest CS:GO players of all time.

The contributions made by FalleN extend well beyond the realm of competitive play. In addition to the fact that he is affectionately known as Brazil’s godfather of Counter-Strike, he has also devoted his time to expanding the esports industry in Brazil.

During the post-match news conference, LOUD coach Matheus “bzkA” Tarasconi gave tribute to FalleN for their contributions to the team’s success. As he spoke, he explained, “We draw instruction from the teachings of FalleN. The approach that he takes to his work serves as a model for our own work philosophy.”

Over the course of the past year, the country’s preeminence in R6 has become even more obvious. All three of Brazil’s teams finished in the top three spots in the 2021 Six Invitational. And in May of 2021, there was a champion crowned for the R6 Invitational in Brazil for the very first time.

Ninjas in Pyjamas were victorious over Team Liquid, improving upon their previous year’s performance of coming in second place to win the championship for good.

Having said all of that, North America is getting closer and closer to being accepted into this exclusive club. After achieving victory in R6 and CS:GO, the only thing that stands between the region and a global championship win in Valorant is Valorant itself.

And even though they finished in second place this time, OpTic was probably the greatest team this year and the most consistent one, as evidenced by their top-three finishes at all international LAN competitions.

As for LOUD, the significance of their victory lies in the fact that it is the first time an area other than North America or Europe has been victorious in an international competition.

Brazil will have an opportunity to take the fight to their opponents in the north during the regular season of the new Americas league if Valorant transitions to a new partnership model in 2023. This will occur during the regular season of the new Americas league.

M3C look set to disband as Sheydos, and Redgar go separate ways

0

It would appear that M3C is disbanding as both Bogdan “Sheydos” Naumov and Igor “Redgar” Vlasov have indicated that they are moving on to pursue possibilities outside of the organization.

Their departure follows the decision that the team’s main player, Ayaz “nAts” Akhmetshin, made in August to cut ways with the organization. Yaroslav “Jady” Nikolaev, who joined M3C for the VCT EMEA Last Chance Qualifier, tweeted that he is a free agent.

Timofey “Chronicle” Khromov said M3C planned to continue together for VCT 2023, but it depended on winning the LCQ and qualifying for Valorant Champions 2022.

According to George Geddes, who works for Dot Esports, the team had been counting on certain EMEA league teams being selected for collaboration in order to get recruited as a full four, but they were apparently unable to clinch the deal.

M3C was able to go all the way to the championship match of the VCT EMEA LCQ by top teams such as Acend, OG LDN UTD, and Team Liquid. Unfortunately for them, they were unable to defeat Liquid a second time, and as a result, they lost 1-3 to Adil “ScreaM” Benrlitom and his team.

M3C won the Masters Berlin tournament the year before under the brand of Gambit Esports, and they finished in second place at the Valorant Champions 2021 tournament. In 2022, they were not able to achieve the same level of achievement, which is unfortunate. After Russia invaded Ukraine in February, they had to compete under an independent name.

Sheydos thanked Gambit for providing him with “all of the good memories and moments we had in Gambit” in a tweet. But now is the time to move on by yourself. I have no doubt that we will play with my brothers once more.

Their destinies are not expected to become clear until the partnered teams have been officially announced, and until then, uncertainty will surround them. With KOI and Karmine Corp allegedly approved, both of which have not cracked Tier 1 EMEA and competed mostly in Valorant Regional Leagues, clubs will hunt for fresh talent to enhance their lineups before 2023.

As of the time this article was written, Chronicle has not yet made a public declaration regarding whether or not he is also searching for a new team.

G2 Carlos to take unpaid leave after backlash due to partying with Andrew Tate

0

G2 Esports CEO and cofounder, Carlos ‘ocelote’ Rodriguez was caught out having a night out with famous internet misogynist and all-around hitman, Andrew Tate. The news sparked a huge negative reaction via social networks, so naturally this previous League of Legends pro decided to tweet about the incident.

“Nobody will ever be able to police my friendships,” he wrote. “I party with whoever the fuck I want.” Within 24 hours after, Rodriguez announced he’s going for two months of unpaid leave.

What exactly transpired was that Rodriguez was drinking champagne with Tate as part of an ongoing probe by Romanian authorities regarding human trafficking, and was recently removed by Facebook, TikTok, Twitch and YouTube for promoting hate speech?

It’s because Rodriguez uploaded an image of himself as well as a plethora of other people such as Tate as well as his brother, Tristan Tate, passing around sparkling wine and champagne after G2’s second-place finish at the summer European League of Legends championship.

Instead of resigning and resigning, the CEO addressed the issue later in the day with an email that suggested the CEO and Andrew Tate were friends.

The next day, he retracted the line and apologized for his apologies to G2 Esports’ fans and supporters for “failing to understand the room.”

G2 Esports released its own statement informing its board of directors and Rodriguez had reached an agreement with that the CEO would take an unpaid time off. “Last night, we let you down,” the organization wrote in its statement, saying that Rodriguez’s actions are quite different from the work that it’s put into making the esports industry a safe and welcoming place.

It is interesting that neither Rodriguez or G2 have criticized Tate even though the team has just made public their first female-only League of Legends team. It is the ” King of Toxic Masculinity,” Tate has often gush over his abuse of women and treating women as the property of his male fans to follow suit.

Esports has been plagued for a long time with sexism, racism, and all kinds of offensive behavior and attitudes, and this is perhaps the most well-known instance in recent times of the reason why this space remains a hostile place for numerous.

Despite taking out G2 Esports’ name from his twitter bio, replacing his username with an “relieved” emoji, as well as making his avatar look like a baby phoenix as he goes through the process of being born, Rodriguez still doesn’t seem to be averse to all of it.

Perhaps he’s afraid of looking like he’s completely surrendering to the G2 fans who aren’t averse to gender-based discrimination. I’m wondering whether League of Legends new president, Lil Nas X believes.
