Popular Minecraft YouTuber Dream’s face is highly coveted by his fans, but to this day it has remained one of the Internet’s best kept secrets. Fans have waited for him to publicly reveal his face and look like the wait is coming to an end.

Dream has announced that he will be revealing his face in a fan meet that is happening soon. As expected, the announcement has sent shockwaves around the Minecraft community given he is one of their top and most beloved creators.

Dream kept his life personal life closely guarded which won’t be that way anymore following the fan meet in San Diego that he had planned. The news of fans’ meet follows Dream revealing that he has been thinking of a face reveal.

Dream will be revealing his face according to the Tweet from 23rd September. Ever since he rose to stardom, Dream has teased a face reveal several times but nothing came out of those teasers, but for the first time there can be a grand face reveal and we cannot wait for it.

Unless this is another one of his teasers, we will finally get to see what the Minecraft sensation looks like.

Nearly two years after its problematic release, Cyberpunk 2077 may be gaining steam. CD Projekt says the game had attracted over a million “new and returning” players per day this week.

Cyberpunk 2077’s Twitter account said 1 million new and returning players visited Night City each day this week. “We wanted to take this occasion to express our gratitude for your presence among us and for participating in the game. You are very kind, Chooms!”

Those are obviously multiplatform stats, but Cyberpunk 2077 is also experiencing a significant spike in sales on Steam in particular. Cyberpunk’s average concurrent player count has more than doubled in the previous month, from 10,411 to 22,911, according to Steam charts.

TALKING ABOUT THE NUMBERS

The peak number of continuous players has increased dramatically, jumping from 18,695 in August to 89,387 over the course of the last 30 days.

The average concurrent player count in December 2020 on PC was 332,395, and it peaked at almost 830,000. That’s a far cry from the eye-watering player numbers at launch, but it’s Cyberpunk 2077’s greatest performance since February 2021.

Sony removed the game from the PlayStation Store two months earlier because it was a disaster. It was not until after a full six months had passed that it was finally allowed back in

Cyberpunk 2077’s player counts started rising in early September when the Edgerunners anime debuted on Netflix. Edgerunners was a critical and commercial success. Our very own Wes Fenlon referred to it as “a surprisingly interesting gutter-level vision of Night City” and stated that it inspired him to want to give the game another try (opens in new tab). It was quite clear that he was not the only one who felt that way.

This isn’t the first time a CD Projekt game has benefited from a Netflix spinoff: The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt exceeded 100,000 concurrent gamers on Steam in January 2020, over five years after its premiere.

People are trying out Cyberpunk 2077 for a variety of reasons, including Netflix, but it isn’t the only one. The game has also improved thanks to many upgrades, most recently the 1.6 “Edgerunners” update, which corrected bugs and performance concerns and featured a long-awaited transmog system.
