Valorant Might Get A Ranking System Like League of Legends, Leaks Suggest

The highly anticipated Valorant patch 1.14 has just arrived a few days ago, and we already have some interesting leaks regarding the future of the new Valorant ranking system in the competitive shooter.

Dataminers have managed to dig up game files from the latest Valorant update. They also have uncovered leaks that might hint towards a change in the ranking system in Episode 2.

Valorant Dataminer Shiick has shared his findings through a Tweet yesterday with an image showing game strings pointing towards a League-like rank-system in Valorant that may arrive in the next episode.

So, there's new strings related to seasons in the #VALORANT files.

Another popular Valorant data miner Valorant Leaks on Twitter has also mentioned that a points’ system similar to League of Legends might possibly be taking the place of the rank-system starting from Episode 2.

While none of these leaks have been confirmed by Riot as of yet, fans are eagerly awaiting a change in the ranked system of Valorant to spice the gameplay up a bit.
