F1 25 is one of the PS Plus October 2026 games. PlayStation Plus Essential members can claim it on PS5 from October 6. Here’s what the PS Plus version includes and what it doesn’t.
Is F1 25 on PS Plus the full game?
Yes. PS Plus members get the full base game of F1 25, developed by Codemasters and published by EA Sports. It first came out on May 30, 2025.

F1 25 game modes explained
My Team 2.0: You no longer play as an owner-driver. Instead, you’re the team owner and make the strategy decisions, and you can still race on race weekends.
F1 World: An online hub with a squad-based feature, where you race and earn upgrades.
Braking Point: The story mode follows the Konnnersport team as it chases the championship across the 2024 and 2025 seasons.
Reversed tracks: Silverstone, Zandvoort and the Red Bull Ring can be raced in reverse in Grand Prix, Time Trial, Multiplayer and Career modes.
Does F1 25 on PS Plus include the 2026 season?
No. The 2026 Season Pack is a paid expansion that came out on June 3, 2026. According to EA’s F1 25 FAQ, it adds:
- The full 2026 driver and team lineup, including the new Audi and Cadillac teams
- The new MADRING circuit (only available with 2026 cars)
- Overtake Mode and Active Aerodynamics
- Updated car physics for the 2026 rules
PS Plus players can buy the Season Pack separately if they want to race in the 2026 season. The update that added the pack also brought enhanced PSSR support on PS5 Pro.
Can you keep F1 25 after November 2?
If you claim F1 25 between October 6 and November 2, it stays in your library as long as you keep a PS Plus membership. If you don’t claim it, you’ll have to buy it after November 2.
