Cops Kill Dad on Day of Daughter’s Graduation Over Video Game Noise Complaint by Neighbours

Ryan Whitaker was sitting at home with his girlfriend playing video games when he was killed by police.

A man was apparently killed by cops after the neighbours reportedly called Pheonix Police department to report a complaint of “domestic dispute” which turned out to be the man and his girlfriend playing Crash Bandicoot on Playstation.

Ryan Whitaker was seen opening the door with a gun in his hand and the cops misinterpreted this entire situation and instantly shot down the man within few seconds.

After hearing the shots, his girlfriend came screaming and then after questioning, she disclosed the information in which she says, “We were making salsa and playing Crash Bandicoot so there may have been some screaming from PlayStation but it wasn’t domestic violence or anything”

This horrifying incident was recorded by the bodycams of police and the footage evidence clearly shows the hasty shots fired onto the man. The man was carrying a gun because “its dark and someone just knocked on the door”, says his girlfriend. The video evidence along with several statements is revealed by PINAC News.

The video reveals a distress call by the neighbours who reported for domestic violence which just turns out to be a man playing video games with his girlfriend. His family has demanded justice for this slaying on an “unnecessary escalated situation”, according to AZ Central.

The caller apparently took these screaming sounds as some form of violence and when asked if he hears some sort of physical violence, he replies with “I could say yeah if that makes anybody hurry on up. Get anybody here faster.”
