The four names match the Snezhnaya character roadmap for versions 7.1 to 7.3 that leaked earlier this year.

Kasssperskaya is not an established leaker. The account does not have a proper track record, though it did leak the Traveler’s new outfit several months ago. Spiral Abyss leaks also suggest that Floor 12 will buff Lunar-Crystallize DMG, which fits a Linnea and Zibai rerun.
Separate evidence points the same way. Most community predictions for 7.2 come from the rumored Stygian Onslaught boss lineup, since each boss has an element-specific shield that favors a small set of characters.

Mitya (5-star Electro Catalyst)
Mitya is the only new 5-star in Genshin Impact 7.2. He is an Electro unit who uses a Catalyst. Beta leaks suggest he can work as a main DPS or as an off-field sub-DPS, and he also buffs the team’s Elemental Mastery.
His damage reportedly scales with Elemental Mastery instead of ATK, and his whole kit is built around the Stellar Conduct system. His Elemental Skill is said to have tap and hold versions. The tap focuses on on-field damage, while the hold lets him deal damage from the bench.
Valeriy (4-star Electro Sword)
Valeriy is described as an Electro sword user who supports a reaction team rather than dealing damage himself. Leaks say he gives a team-wide shield in Stellar Conduct lineups, boosts Stellar Conduct damage by 20%, and gives Mitya 120 Elemental Mastery. Reports differ on whether these values are present at base or require constellations, and his 4-star rarity is not fully confirmed.

Genshin 7.2 rerun characters: Furina, Zibai and Linnea
Furina is a 5-star Hydro sword user. She buffs the damage of the whole party as long as a healer is present. Her Ousia form deals off-field damage through her skill, and her Pneuma form heals the party.
Zibai is a 5-star Geo sword user and the main DPS behind the Lunar-Crystallize team. She first released in Version 6.3. Linnea is a 5-star Geo bow user who scales with DEF, heals, converts Hydro-Crystallize into Lunar-Crystallize, and shreds Geo resistance. She first released in Version 6.5. Both Geo characters were first rumored for Version 7.1, but the official 7.1 second phase went to Skirk and Escoffier instead.
What the leak says about Genshin Impact 7.3
The same leak also covers the next update. It lists Tsaritsa with Danica for 7.3, followed by Odette with either Lohen or Sandrone. The Tsaritsa is the Cryo Archon, so 7.3 is expected to draw heavy Primogem spending. Players saving for her may choose to skip part of 7.2.
