The release date and time countdown for when the Grand Theft Auto Online Los Santos Drug Wars DLC and update will come out is 03:00 PDT, 06:00 EST, and 11:00 GMT for the UK on December 13th.

Rockstar Games will release the Los Santos Drug Wars update on December 13 for all platforms.

Quality of life improvements

Improved features can be found throughout the Winter update. Players can now order bicycles from their Personal Garage, new vehicle purchases will arrive at players’ garages more quickly, and users of the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S will be able to see ray-traced reflections.

Starting on December 6, the value of all Shark Cards was increased to bring them in line with other business operations, and Vehicle Cargo Sell Mission payments were increased to reflect this.

General Improvements

  • Get to your favorite iFruit Contacts faster — select which Contacts to display or hide via the Interaction Menu.
  • The Benefactor Terrorbyte can be used to launch Business Sell Missions in all Session types, including Invite-only Sessions.
  • Take on Agatha’s Casino Story Missions as a solo operator by visiting the Management Office of The Diamond Casino & Resort (these missions previously required at least 2 players).
  • PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X will add ray-traced reflections — rendering real-time reflections on many surfaces — via the Fidelity Mode graphics setting.

Vehicle Updates

  • New vehicle purchases will arrive in your Garage faster than before.
  • Select Custom Weaponized Vehicles can now be used in Races, where appropriate — weapons will be disabled outside of GTA Races.
  • Bicycles will be added to the list of vehicles that can be requested from your Personal Garage when calling the Mechanic.
  • Players on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S can enjoy full access to Hao’s Special Works without needing to complete Hao’s introductory race.

Economy Updates

Completing Vehicle Cargo Sell Missions in Public Sessions will award a High Demand Bonus, bringing this in line with all other business activities, while payouts on Smuggler’s Sell Missions will be permanently tripled.

Get more of what you want faster with an across-the-board increase in the GTA$ value of all Shark Cards. Starting today, all Shark Card denominations have been boosted by 20–25% when purchased directly in GTA Online or via any of the platform stores. For special GTA+ Member Shark Cards, this is on top of the current 15% bonus GTA$.

Minecraft End Poem Is Available In Public Domain Now

Julian Gough made Minecraft’sfamous End Poem part of the public domain via Twitter. This poem is a classic piece of writing in Mojang’s survival crafting game. Gough did not sign away the rights to the poem when Minecraft was purchased in 2014.

“I never signed any contract giving up rights to my story for any reason. Gough tweeted that they are all mine. Microsoft has never owned Minecraft’s ending. It is mine. It’s mine.

Gough explained in his Substack that he was recommended by Markus “Notch”, the original Minecraftcodesigner, as someone who could write something for the game. The End Poem is an 8-minute text scroll that players will see after they kill the Ender Dragon. It effectively ends the story of Minecraft.

Gough was talking to Mojang CEO Carl Manneh while he wrote the ending. He explains that there was a “weird back and forth” series of emails between Manneh and Gough, which Gough admits to being confused about. “Carl was Markus’s friend, but it didn’t automatically mean that he my best friend.”

Gough, who received EUR20,000 (or just over $21,000) from Manneh as payment, admitted that he refused to sign a contract that would have allowed Mojang permanent rights to The End Song.

Concerning other aspects of the pre-contract agreement, such as “massive exposure” to the Minecraft community, Gough these benefits never materialized from Manneh nor Persson.

In August 2014, just a month after Microsoft bought Minecraft.Gough received a second contract from Manneh, to give up the End Song rights. Despite repeated requests from Manneh and Persson to sign the contract, it was not signed.

“There are no bad guys. Gough posted the following tweets and Substack: “Do not bother Markus or Carl (or Microsoft) about it.” Gough stated that the other parties were simply following the rules of capitalism. These rules are what many people have adopted as natural law.

Gough stated that he was making the End Song available for public use, arguing that the universe is the true contributor to its existence. Gough’s only request for donations is to his Paypal.

It is not owned by anyone, but we all have it. It lives in a different way than that.

Gough reiterated that Microsoft cannot legally stop any person from using the poem in any way. He also requested that Microsoft “just continue sharing my story with all of the world.”

Nigma Galaxy added Ammar “ATF” Al-Assaf to their roster on Wednesday after star carry and former midlaner Amer “Miracle-” Al-Barkawi opted to take a break from the upcoming Dota Pro Circuit season due to health issues.

OG Esports, which shuffled ATF to their inactive roster in November, took to social media to show their appreciation toward their former player.

“It has been an honor to work with him this year and see him grow into one of the best players in the scene,” OG Esports wrote on Twitter.

“A young star that will for sure beam in the ranks of Nigma Galaxy. Thank you, Ammar!”

ATF, a 17-year-old from Jordan, joins Sumail “SumaiL” Hassan, Ivan “MinD_ContRoL” Ivanov, Maroun “GH” Merhej and Kuro “KuroKy” Takhasomi on the Nigma Galaxy roster. Daniel “ImmortalFaith” Moza is the team’s coach.
