How to Fix Valorant Audio Glitch?

0

The Valorant community was quick to voice their concerns. On platforms like Reddit, players shared their frustrations, with many describing the audio as “borderline broken.” One user, IllumiNoEye_Gaming, highlighted the severity of the issue, stating that their own footprints seemed to emanate from behind them, weapon-switch sounds fluctuated between the left and right ear, and gunshots echoed as if they were miles away.

Another player lamented that the game sounded “as if it’s underwater,” making it challenging to discern sound directions.

How to Fix Valorant Audio Glitch?

  • Spatial Sounds Dilemma: A majority of players found relief by disabling Spatial Sounds in their Windows 10 settings. The root of the problem appears to be a conflict between the patch and Windows Sonic for headphones, leading to the audio malfunction in-game.
  • Riot Games’ Recommendations: Riot Games, the developer behind Valorant, suggests players steer clear of third-party software or hardware simulating Surround Sound. The in-game HRTF setting, when combined with other virtualization software, results in double processing, further complicating the audio.
  • In-game Adjustments: If the above solutions don’t yield results, players can navigate to Valorant’s audio settings and deselect the ‘Gameplay’ option under the Voice Over tab.

The Valorant critical error results in an unexpected game shutdown, leaving players with a vague Windows error prompt. This message inquires if users wish to generate a crash dump, aiming to assist developers in diagnosing the problem. The root of this error can be attributed to a myriad of factors, including:

  • Corrupted game files
  • Outdated graphics drivers
  • Conflicting software
  • Other underlying PC issues

Given these potential triggers, it’s evident that any interference with Valorant’s operation can lead to this error.

How to Fix Valorant Critical Error Crash?

  • Simple Restart: Often, the solution lies in the basics. A mere restart of the PC can rectify random errors causing Valorant to crash. This step addresses minor glitches that might have arisen during gameplay.
  • Update Essentials: Ensuring that both your PC and graphics card drivers are up-to-date can significantly reduce the occurrence of the Valorant critical error. Outdated drivers can often conflict with game operations.
  • Minimize Third-Party Interferences: Running multiple third-party programs simultaneously with Valorant can lead to compatibility issues. It’s advisable to close unnecessary applications while gaming.

How to Play Workshop Maps in CS2?

0

It’s important to know that CSGO workshop maps are incompatible with CS2 before delving into the nuances of custom maps in CS2. This is because CS2 uses the sophisticated Source 2 engine, which is very different from its forerunner. There is a silver lining, though: CSGO workshop maps may be converted into CS2-compatible formats using a special workshop tool.

How to Play Workshop Maps in CS2?

  • Locating the Right Map: Begin by sourcing the custom map file from the internet.
  • Accessing the CS2 Directory: Navigate to the CS2 maps directory on your computer. Typically, this can be found under Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike 2\game\cs2\maps.
  • Importing the Map: Drag and drop or paste the downloaded map file into the aforementioned directory.
  • Launching CS2: Start the game and access the in-game console.
  • Loading the Map: In the console, type the command map %map_name%, replacing map_name with the name of your custom map. Follow any subsequent commands, and the map will load seamlessly.

For veterans of the Counter-Strike series, console commands are a familiar feature. In CS2, they make a return, but players need to activate the option to access the console. Once enabled, it becomes a powerful tool, especially for loading custom maps.

The child managed to call 911 to report his father but by the time the cops arrived, he was waiting for them with a gun and vest. According to reports, he started shooting as soon as the cops arrived at their front door and was only stopped when he got fatally wounded by said cops and was later declared dead.

3 cops were injured in the gunfight but nothing was fatal while the child and his mother were rescued from the apartment unharmed however, the uncle was critically shot and had to be taken to hospital with no further updates on his condition.

“It is stunning, I thank God that (the officers) are okay. I thank them for their bravery and their desire to do this job which is very, very difficult, and I thank their families for the sacrifice they make,” Philadelphia Mayor Jim Kenney said.

Hwang had a history of mental illness and reportedly used his firearm without any reason in the past which led to him seeing the inside of a courtroom. However, the community has expressed their condolence towards the child who lost his father in such a horrible way. The fact that all of this ensued a video game dispute is simply unimaginable.

Cloud9 Dominates G2 in Blast Fall Showdown Semifinals

In what appears to be the final event before we transition to CS2, Cloud9 has reached the finals of Blast Premier Fall Showdown. The CIS side will play the grand final against BIG Clan on 8th October, Sunday 21:30 IST.

G2 came into the match off the back of an unconvincing victory against OG while Cloud9 following their roster shuffle has been pickup up moment at an alarming pace. While everything pointed towards an exciting match, it was the CIS team that had an edge coming into the semi finals of the Blast Fall Showdown.

Map 1 Anubis (Picked By – Cloud9; Winner – Cloud 9)

G2 Esports got off to a good start on a map where they have had mixed results historically. G2’s individuals were able to pick up rounds off the back of their sheer talent while Cloud9 looked much better as a unit. Anubis being a T sided map, helped Hooxi and co pickup 9 rounds on thier offence but little did they know, thats all they were gonna get from this map.

Swapping from a 9-6 scoreline, G2’s defence fell flat on the face of Cloud9’s steller T side that cut through everything. G2 were unable to post a single round as Cloud9 went on a 10 rounds winning streak to take the game to Inferno. sh1ro and H0bbit stood out the best players for Cloud9 with a rating of 1.45 and 1.24 respectively.

Map 2 Inferno (Picked By – G2; Winner – G2)

Inferno is usually the map where G2 clench out vicotries. A map they have shown prowess historically but that often counted on the indiviudal brilliance of thier stars. Having started with a dominant CT side, G2 quickly went 10-5 up in the first half as hooxi’s exceptional reading of the game caused all sorts of problems for electronic and co.

Moving on the second half, C9 were able to get levelled with a 11-11 scoreline and looked like they were able to walk away with the map without any probems thats when G2 came up with a eco win to turn the tides. m0nesy, niko, huNter, jks all chimed in with pistol kills to prevent Cloud9 from taking the lead. Upon the 23rd round, G2 found their footing and quickly raced to their 16th round win dropping no more than two rounds in the process. Everyone besides the IGL stepped up with a balaced scoresheet making it hard to point out one exceptional performer.

Map 3 Anubis (Picked By – Decider; Winner – Cloud9)

Despite a good start with a pistol win, G2’s Anubis hasn’t exactly been ready to take on the top tier oppositon in recent times. Cloud9 were quick to respond and did not let any more than two rounds to slip on their defence, thus posting a very dominant 10-5 half which looked like nothing short of a mountain to climb for G2.

G2’s poor form from the first half did not improve and resulted in a landslide victory for Cloud9. Having won 10 rounds in the first haf, they only let G2 have 4 more rounds before closing the map to book a spot in the grand finals of Blast Premier Fall Showdown. sh1ro yet again, along with Ax1le stood out as the best performer with 27 and 25 kills respectively and combined they became too much for G2 to handle.

CS2 Update removes single-vote surrenders

Having undergone a long beta program, many kinks remain, and developers have been acting fast to iron them out before professional tournaments transition from CSGO. The latest update aims to fix the single-vote surrenders that many believe to be disruptive in nature towards the game.

Single Vote surrender had the community divided right from the get-go. In the latest update, the developers have addressed the issue by removing the ability to surrender off the back of a single vote. Now it takes the majority to vote in order to surrender a game across all modes.

Grab the latest driver for your AMD GPU from the official website and that will fix all issues pertaining to your video card along with black screenshots and video captures.

Revenant Esports’ SENSEI Weighs in on BGIS 2023 Hacking Issue

0

As the Battlegrounds Mobile India Series (BGIS) 2023 unfolds, concerns about hacking and cheating in the game have continued to make headlines. This time, Deepak “SENSEI” Negi, the In-Game Leader (IGL) of Revenant Esports’ BGMI roster, shared his perspective on the matter. In his statements, SENSEI addressed the doubts and speculations surrounding the tournament and offered insights into the potential consequences of unfair play.

SENSEI Shares His Perspective on Hackers in BGIS 2023

In a recent livestream, viewers asked SENSEI about his stance on allegations of cheating in BGIS 2023. Responding to this, SENSEI acknowledged the widespread doubts circulating within the BGMI community. He emphasized that while suspicions exist, it’s challenging to make definitive claims about cheating. He added that when players reach the Grand Finals of BGIS 2023 and compete in a LAN setting, everything will be closely monitored.

SENSEI further added, “Even if someone is not playing legitimately… Let me tell you one thing – if someone is not playing legitimately, when they come to play in Grand Finals at the LAN, everything will be monitored. What will they do there?”

SENSEI also spoke about the motivations of players who might consider cheating during online tournaments. He suggested that some individuals might be tempted to cheat in hopes of attracting sponsors or securing a spot on a prominent team or organization. However, he offered a reality check by stating that this approach wouldn’t yield the desired results. “They won’t even get a Tier-1 slot. Everyone knows what’s going on; everyone is observing everything. We also know what is going on. But it won’t change anything if we speak about it,” he added.

In his final statement, SENSEI stressed the importance of having solid evidence before making accusations of cheating. He acknowledged that suspicions alone aren’t enough to take action.

Skyesports, one of the most popular South Asian tournament organizers (TO), has been continuously making waves in the community. Following the grand success of the Skyesports Masters 2023, which was arguably India’s biggest CS:GO event, the organization is gearing up for another monumental event – the Skyesports Championship 5.0.

While the esports community eagerly awaits the revelation of these teams’ identities, the anticipation and excitement surrounding the event have undoubtedly reached new heights.

Another significant announcement from Nandy was the game choice for the championship. He announced that The Skyesports Championship 5.0 will feature Counter-Strike 2 instead of CS:GO. The move to Counter-Strike 2 signifies not just a change in the game but also an evolution in gameplay, strategies, and dynamics, promising a fresh and exhilarating experience for both players and viewers.

While the participation of European teams and the game choice have been confirmed, the esports community is on the edge of their seats for more details. The TO has not revealed the specific dates for the Skyesports Championship 5.0 and information about the participating teams. Given Skyesports’ track record and the success of their previous events, the upcoming tournament promises to be a landmark event in the esports calendar.
