xQc quit gambling after winning $5 Million

xQc claims to have quit gambling after winning $5 Million in an online gambling game having lost over $1 Million gambling in Vegas in August.

xQc has been one of the faces of gambling among the streaming community which has led to the formation of mixed opinions among his fans. His move to Kick was largely associated with his gambling roots and Twitch cutting down on it helped accelerate the talent drain. xQc lives on the border of a compulsive gambler and it has been a major part of his content in recent times.

Many have argued that his gaming habits have a negative impact on his audience who are getting negatively influenced but that seemed to have no effect on his own gambling habits as he continued to do so until now. Following his $5 Million win on some gambling website, he claims to have completely stopped gambling.

“Nah I already withdrew my shit, I ain’t gambling no more.” read his Tweet.

Although he claims to have quit gambling altogether, we are yet to see how it fairs given he has an agreement with Kick who have a lot riding on their streamers gambling. Given xQc’s history, he might be back gambling in no time. As it stands, he lost a million but gained back five so unless it forces his hand to try to gain something further, he is good to go.

  • Check your Valorant sensitivity. 
  • Multiply it by 3.182.
  • Input your new sens to CS2 by typing ‘sensitivity X’ in console. (X being your converted sens. 

Automatic Sensitivity Converter

That’s it! Now you’ve successfully converted your Valorant sensitivity to CS2. 

Something you should take note of here is that the base FOV of Valorant and CS2 are different, which is why it’s impossible to precisely convert your Valorant sensitivity to CS2 by using any sensitivity converter. However, this doesn’t mean that it isn’t possible to accurately convert your Valorant sens to CS2.

In a recent livestream, one of Punkk’s viewers asked him about his plans for Velocity Gaming’s BGMI roster following an underwhelming performance in BGIS 2023. Talking about roster changes, Punkk responded with a hint of ambiguity. “Maybe. It is possible. I am currently looking into it,” he said.

Following this, he emphasized that he wants dedicated players on the team. “The ones that are dedicated or the ones I think are capable and can perform well in the future, I will remove them. It’s that simple,” he added.

Punkk has set a clear precedent within his team by prioritizing performance over camaraderie. He explained, “When I built the team, I told everyone right on their face that it doesn’t matter how good friends we are, if you mess up… if you don’t perform well, I will bench you. I don’t want brotherhood in the game, I want performance. Brotherhood is outside of the game.”

Apex Legends esports owes its success to the global community that supports it. The combined efforts of viewers, players, teams, creators, and staff have shaped the ALGS into what it is today. Reflecting on Year 3, the ALGS witnessed a 19% YoY increase in participation and a staggering 47.9 million hours in Total Watch Time, marking a 22% YoY growth.

TSM, with their remarkable comeback in the finals, clinched the ALGS Year 3 Championship title. Despite being behind in match six of the Finals, TSM secured three consecutive wins, establishing themselves as a dominant force in Apex Legends esports.

Year 4 Highlights: What’s New?

  • LAN Competitions: Three major LAN events are slated for Year 4, with a combined prize pool of $4,000,000 USD.
  • China Joins the Fray: In a significant move, teams from the People’s Republic of China will participate in the ALGS, adding a new dimension to the competition.
  • Eligibility Revisions: The eligibility criteria have been revamped, shifting from a minimum rank to a minimum Account Level, aligning with the Apex Legends Ranked Leagues mode.

Year 4 Updates: Elevating the Competition

Year 3 set high standards in terms of viewership and participation. But Year 4 promises to be even more competitive with significant updates:

Riot forces pro team to forfeit VGC match after player caught cheating

Riot has forced North American Valorant team Noot Noot to forfeit their game against Complexity after a player was caught cheating by the Vanguard anti-cheat.

In light of the ongoing Valorant Game Changers series, Noot Noot a promising team having made it to the playoffs had to quit upon reaching the 3rd map against Complexity. According to the official statement, Riot’s anti-cheat aka Vanguard caught one of Noot Noot’s players using unfair means and was forced to forfeit per rules and regulations surrounding comprise of integrity and competitiveness.

The player in question is Malibu, a relatively unknown player in the wide landscape of the North American Valorant scene. Despite being caught, Noot Noot players harped on the fact that even though they only met a few days ago, nothing suspicious surfaced during their practice sessions that would make them doubt his integrity.

“During the VCT Game Changers Series 3 match between Noot Noot and Complexity GX3, Riot Anti-Cheat confirmed competitive integrity was compromised by Noot Noot,”. announced Riot.

The match between Noot Noot and COL was a statement which took the game to the third map when suddenly the audience was hit with a 2-hour-long hiatus only to later find out that one of the players was caught cheating and Riot forced the team the accused to forfeit with an impending full investigation of the matter.

Noot Noot players have washed their hands off Malibu and claimed that they had nothing to do with it especially when his past is relatively unknown as they did not know each other for long. Riot is yet to drop a verdict and we have to wait until then to see what becomes of Malibu.
