The great Ronaldo Luís Nazário de Lima returns to EA FC 24 Ultimate Team, which the footballing world has keenly waited for. His Greats of the Game Hero card is expected to be a nightmare for opponents due to the blending speed, shooting skills, and skills in general.
With an overall rating of 98, Ronaldo is not the highest-rated player in the game, but he is nonetheless nothing less than phenomenal. Able to leave most defenders sucking his jet trail with blistering pace, his deadly accuracy is sure to terrorize them. Moreover, almost every FC 24 pro uses the R9 GOTG card in their team.
This is a very expensive legendary card, actually. Completion of the SBC requires submitting 15 teams with various requirements. The estimated combined cost for these teams is said to be 1.13 million coins, according to Futbin.
How to Complete Ronaldo GOTG Icon SBC?
Let’s find out all the requirements for Ronaldo GOTG Icon SBC:
According to one Reddit user, a freshly surfaced CS2 bug prevents skins from loading in the game, eventually leading the game to lag/stutter and then end up crashing.
CS2 bugs are nothing new. Despite the developers pushing regular updates, the game is filled with bugs and they get progressively more annoying. Reddit user, WellCookedWater has pointed out a new one where his skins won’t load no matter what. On top of that, upon pressing the “Esc” key, the game started lagging which eventually led to it getting crashed.
He further stated that this problem persisted even after reinstalling the game, updating his drivers, and countless restarts. With a little luck on a few occasions, the issue seemed to get fixed with a simple “Alt+Tab” but it returned when the game was relaunched.
One user who has faced a similar issue pointed out a solution to it:
Go to the Steam installation folder.
Go to “Steamapps“
Delete the “Shader Cache” folder.
Run Disk Cleanup as Administrator and delete any cached files.
There is a good chance that if you are facing this issue, following said procedure might lead to it getting fixed but in case you have evaded this bug, it is always a good idea to clear your computer of unnecessary cached files for performance optimization purposes.
Valve’s upcoming hero shooter Deadlock has sent shockwaves throughout the gaming community since its initial announcement on August 23rd, with the game being praised by fans and critics alike.
Deadlock’s fun gameplay has enabled it to garner the attention of popular streamers like Shroud and xQc, with the former even praising it as “the best third-person shooter” he has ever played. However, due to the title being in an invite-only phase, most people haven’t had the chance to try out the game for themselves yet.
With Valve’s Deadlock rapidly gaining traction throughout the globe, many players are wondering whether the game will have skins or other cosmetics. If you’re here wondering about the same reason, look no further.
Does Valve’s Deadlock Have Skins?
At the time of writing, Deadlock is still in its early alpha stage of testing, which is why it’s no surprise that it doesn’t have any skins or any other cosmetics yet.
However, if you’re a fan of in-game cosmetics, don’t give up hope just yet.
Will Deadlock Have Skins in the Future?
Counter-Strike 2 and Dota 2, two of Valve’s most popular competitive titles, both feature tons of skins and other cosmetics for players to enjoy. Team Fortress 2 is no stranger to cosmetics either.
This suggests that Deadlock will likely offer cosmetic purchases either during its closed beta or at its launch, the date of which remains uncertain as of yet.
Valve has introduced a major update to their upcoming hero shooter Deadlock on August 29th, and the patch brings some exciting new changes to the game that fans can’t wait to see in action.
The new Deadlock patch adds some game-changing elements to the title, including wall jumping, map changes, and much more that we’ll get into later.
The update also brings some much-needed balance changes to the game, nerfing the overpowered heroes in the meta while buffing the less-picked ones.
In this article, we take a look at everything you need to know about the August 29th Deadlock update while glancing through every single change that it has introduced to the title.

Since its initial announcement on August 23rd, Valve’s upcoming hero shooter Deadlock has repeatedly found itself hitting the headlines for its remarkable gameplay, innovative game mechanics, and the overwhelming interest it has garnered within the esports community.
Deadlock, which is still in its early alpha stages of testing, masterfully combines elements of MOBA titles with those of third-person shooters, and the result is absolutely beautiful.
While a lot of the game’s art and visuals are expected to change prior to its official release, the overall gameplay of the title looks solid, and the community seems to be embracing it enthusiastically, as evident from the game’s player count.
Deadlock Hits 100,000 Concurrent Player Peak Despite Being Invite-Only
On August 29th, Deadlock hit an impressive milestone of 100,000 concurrent players on Steam. While that is an impressive feat on its own, what makes this achievement even more remarkable is that the game is still in an invite-only phase.
This means that the majority of the gaming community still doesn’t have access to Deadlock, yet it’s already breaking into the top 10 on Steam and competing with titles like Baldur’s Gate 3, Once Human, and GTA V.
The primary reason behind the rapid success of Deadlock is its gameplay design, which has caught the attention of prominent streamers such as Shroud, xQc, and OhnePixel. Shroud, in particular, has praised the game multiple times, even calling it “the best third-person shooter” he has ever played.
It’s striking to see how far Deadlock has come since its early testing days. And as Valve continues to refine the game, it’s only expected to improve further.

A recent HLTV report confirms that ESL will not be allowing the use of keyboard automation features like Razer’s Snap Tap and Wooting’s SOCD at LAN events moving forward.
This means that players won’t be able to utilize the aforementioned features at the upcoming ESL Pro League Season 20, which is scheduled to kick off on September 3rd.
Ahead of #ESLProLeague Season 20, we are announcing that the use of SOCD or similar assistants that produce the same outcome will no longer be allowed.
According to the report, these features will remain permitted in online tournaments for now, but fans can expect that stance to change once detection and enforcement become possible.
The confirmation from ESL follows Valve’s announcement on the matter. As per the CS2 developers, they will not allow any form of automation (via scripts and hardware) that gives players an unfair advantage.
“Moving forward, players suspected of automating multiple player actions from a single game input may be kicked from their match,” the statement reads.
Recently, some hardware features have blurred the line between manual input and automation, so we've decided to draw a clear line on what is or isn't acceptable in Counter-Strike.
