LOS ANGELES – April 11, 2019 – Tencent Games and PUBG Corporation continue the chicken-dinner-filled 2019 rampage by revealing an extensive content update for PLAYERUNKNOWN’S BATTLEGROUNDS MOBILE (PUBG MOBILE)

Next week, players can dive into all-new game types, spectator mode and more in the free 0.12.0 update on the App Store and Google Play.

In late 2018, Tencent Games, PUBG Corporation and Capcom joined forces to bring the notorious world of Resident Evil 2 into PUBG MOBILE for a terrifying survival mode riddled with the undead.

Next week’s 0.12.0 update amplifies the horror further with the introduction of “Darkest Night” mode. In this revamped survival game type, players are dropped into PUBG MOBILE’s, where they can team up or go solo to fight off hordes of zombies and poison gas for 30 minutes to escape.

Full details for the 0.12.0 content update include:

  • Survive Till Dawn 2.0 – The PUBG MOBILE Resident Evil 2 survival game mode will be revamped with new gruesome ghouls and never-before-seen ballistic weaponry for even more nightmarish gameplay;
  • Darkest Night – Players can team up or drop-in solo to survive the undead invasion and toxic gas until evacuation;
  • Spectator Mode – Players can observe the action live by spectating the matches of their friends, Crew and Clan members;
  • Crosshair Modifications – The red dot, holographic, 2x scope and 3x scopes can be adjusted to different colors, along with multiple shape variations of the red dot reticle.

The version 0.12.0 update arrives just weeks after Tencent Games and PUBG Corporation announced the PUBG MOBILE Club Open 2019, the game’s biggest global esports venture ever with over $2.5 million in prize pool earnings.

With more than 200 million downloads and 30 million daily players, PUBG MOBILE continues to grow as one of the world’s most trending mobile games. Stay tuned for more news regarding PUBG MOBILE’s latest updates and emergence into the world of Esports.

PUBG MOBILE is available to download for free on the App Store and Google Play.

Sources: Mammoth Gaming to Reveal new CSGO Lineup

Mammoth Gaming have unveiled a new lineup of CSGO featuring Karamil, BaDman, HellrangeR, haivaaN, Pok1 and BondF, which was confirmed to us by our sources.

In what is seen as a barrage of changes for both the players and the team itself, the only time some of the players from the lineup played together was for MXB Gaming in the IEM Sydney Open Qualifier #2, when BondF, Karamil and HellrangeR teamed up for the lone event. The surprise entrants had then lost in the finals to Team Maple.

Bleh & HellrangeR

This lineup will be the first permanent one for Bhavin “HellrangeR” Kotwani, who was released from Entity Gaming a few weeks back. He recently stood in for Team Gofigure and won the event by beating SemperX in the finals.

HaivaaN will be looking to revitalise his career after a promising start to his OpTic India journey was cut short by the now infamous Forsaken hacking scandal, and then having a brief stint with Ate.

Pok1, who had been traded from Entity to Global Esports after being with 2ez, will now look for stability as he finds himself in contention for a starting spot in the new all Indian lineup.

We have good reason to believe that this lineup will be announced later in the week, after they were seen practicing on Sostronk yesterday. As for BondF, it is not clear whether he will be starting or not.

We reached out to Mammoth Gaming for a comment, but have received no reply thus far.

If our sources are believed to be correct, the lineup will be as follows:

  • [flag=in] Bhavin “HellrangeR” Kotwani
  • [flag=in] Norbu “karamil” Tsering
  • [flag=in] Saharyar “BaDman” Shaikh
  • [flag=in] Vishal “haivaan” Sharma
  • [flag=in] Chinmay “Pok1” Mehta
  • [flag=in] Rohit “BondF” Latke

Smooya to stand-in for Renegades at ESL Pro League Season 9; JKAEM may miss out as well

Owen “smooya” Butterfield, who had benched by BIG, has been loaned out to Renegades for ESL Pro League Season 9 Americas.

Smooya has been out of competitive play since February, after deciding to bench himself from the BIG roster, saying that he was not enjoying himself in the roster and was not able to make himself a better player.

Chants of “SMOOOYAAA” will return once again as Smooya will play for Renegades at ESL Pro Season 9 Americas instead of Gratisfaction, who has been declined a visa by the immigration as “internationally recognised enough” according to his tweet.

The Aussie team have also announced that if jkaem is unable to obtain a visa for the event, the team will use Stephen “reltuC” to stand-in for this event.

At ESL Pro Season 9 Americas, Renegades will be playing against eUnited, INTZ, NRG and Renegades in Group A of the tournament. In this tournament format, the winner of each group goes to the season finals while the second and third-placed teams will play one more group stage event.

This move could potentially be damaging for Renegades who recently broke into the top 5 world rankings according to HLTV, after coming 3-4th at StarSeries i-League Season 7.

The Renegades roster for the event will look as:

  • [flag=au] Justin “jks” Savage
  • [flag=au] Aaron “AZR” Ward
  • [flag=au] Jay “Liazz” Tregillgas
  • [flag=no] Joakim “jkaem” Myrbostad (in doubt)
  • [flag=gb] Owen “smooya” Butterfield (stand-in)
  • [flag=us] Stephen “reltuC” Cutler (stand-in if jkaem cannot get a visa)

Anonymous Millionaire Setting Up Real Life Battle Royale On A Private Island

0

A tycoon is searching for somebody to enable them to plan a 100-man fight royale-motivated occasion to occur on a private island. The champ of three-day Airsoft challenge will be granted £100,000.

The hidden individual behind the challenge is still in the beginning times of sorting out the occasion yet it sounds like nothing could turn out badly, isn’t that so?

Alright, we should rundown this rundown together: unknown mogul, private island, last-individual standing challenge. Most likely we’ve seen enough movies to know how this is going to turn out.

Regardless of whether it doesn’t transform into an island slaughter, we’ve all observed the Fyre Festival narrative. Most likely this is going to finish up with 100 individuals left on an island for three days with no sustenance and only a huge amount of Airsoft weapons for organization?

The job of gamemaker is being promoted on Hush, a site intended to concoct inventive approaches to part tycoons from their cash, selling things like top of the line billiards tables, personal jets, and islands.

As indicated by a post on its solicitation board (by means of the Daily Star), it’s searching for “somebody who can help structure the field for a 100-man fight royale propelled occasion.” The individual who nets the agreement will be very much redressed, winning £45,000 for multi week’s work.

Hush Hush says it was “drew nearer by one of our clients, who was watchful for a private island, for help in setting up the title. We will likewise be dealing with enrollments for the occasion when the time comes. Challengers will be given Airsoft weapons, ammunition and contact delicate body protection for a three-day occasion.

The ‘last individual standing’ will win a £100,000 big stake.

As it is as of now arranged, the occasion is expected to most recent three days, with 12 hours of rivalry every day. Contenders will at that point camp throughout the evening. Sustenance, outdoors apparatus and all the fundamental hardware will be given.”

LDLC signs new CSGO roster

0

LDLC, the French organisation who released their roster a week ago, have rebuilt their roster and re-entered the international CSGO scene.

LDLC had faced roster troubles when they saw Alex “ALEX” McMeekin and François “AmaNEk” Delaunay, who joined Vitality and G2 respectively.

Even Logan “LOGAN” Corti left the team to join the team what is now known as ex-3DMAX. The team added three new played but were released released the whole roster post poor results, making them free agents.

However, post that incident, the organisation decided to re-enter the scene and have signed a whole new roster.

The first player to join the team is Turkey Engin “MAJ3R” Küpeli. MAJ3R played for Space Soldiers who faced multiple issues regarding the salaries provided and the team and organisation parted ways. MAJ3R comes back to a francophone project after representing the Turkish roster for 2 years.

Next up, are XMS and SIXER. Both of these players are no strangers to the french organisation. They played in the team before they were released by the organisation.

For the fourth player, LDLC have decided to trial out roden. Roden played on a team called unKnights. Roden is a 21 year old upcoming player who will take the role of a rifler and have a trial period with the team at  ESL Championnat National and Charleroi Esports.

Lastly, the team have gone for Happy.  Vincent “Happy” Schopenhauer is the last key in this roster. He had been benched by Vitality due to inter-roster issues with relation to the attitude of the players.

While playing for Vitality, Happy won DreamHack Open Atlanta 2018 but were unable to get any more accolades to their names. Happy comes back to the roster, 4 years later, and completes the roster.
